as we`ve recently been told, the bible was "written" long after christ died, and the gospels used in the bible were handpicked by men who weren`t even alive during christ`s lifetime. there were several gospels excluded because they didn`t quite fit the bill; i.e."you`ll believe what we tell you to believe".
by the way, please don`t reference "The Da Vinci Code"--it`s a work of FICTION.

My former sensi..he started a campaign trying to promote world peace..I think he started it last night. This man is only 2 years older than me but the reason why I am even considering taking part is because he is so smart..he graduated early and is considering joining the CIA..I can ask him about almost anything and he has a response..However perhaps I just don't have the brain power to contemplate how his dream of world peace could be possible..maybe he is doing it just to try and change a few minds of potential threats to society. But what about Martin Luther King Jr.? God bless him but He had a dream..and although we have come a long way from segregated bathrooms there is still racism..

Exodus 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

How does this apply to us as adults?

To make a long story short, my sister (who lives in a different state) became engaged on New Years and the wedding is in October. Shortly after, she started planning the wedding. She has had her bridesmaids picked out for some time now and I was offended that, being her only sister, I was not asked. Well I believe that word got back to her that my feelings were hurt and NOW she has asked me to be a bridesmaid. After some thinking about it, I declined because I just figured if she really wanted me in the first place, she should have asked.... Am I being rude???

Questions #7

19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20

Sonship Through the Spirit

12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. Romans 8: 12-17

I CHALLENGE YOU TO READ THIS- KNOWING BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY CAN ONLY HAVE A POSITIVE AFFECT ON YOUR LIFE. If you are a true PRACTICING christian, regardless of personal belief, than you believe that EVERYONE who does not follow your religion and its rules is going to burn in hell. So why dont you protest mormans or jews or muslims, they will all BURN IN HELL RIGHT? Is it because you know somewhere in your mind that all this holy ghost or magic on earth crap is all complete bullsh*t, and atheists are the only reasonable people who accept it? Think about how CRAZY and wacko you must be to be a morman, or say a scientologist, yet there are hundreds of thousands of hard core scientologists who believe EVERY WORD of their rediculous religion, BUT WHY? Because they were indoctrinated and brain-washed into their beliefs.
IT IS TIME TO ACCEPT REALITY, AND STOP WASTING THE ONE LIFE YOU HAVE ON RELIGIOUS SUPERSTITION.
now choose to ignore this and stay IGNORE-ant, or accept reality

I don't know if it's just me but I've noticed that there appears to be more and more people suffering mental illness, and increased number of children getting prescription drugs for ADD/ADHD. Is it as simple as the pharmaceutical creating their own market? Or is it more complicated than that? What is your theory?

Now I hear most of them, want to work only part time jobs.
Now that they have experienced the drugery of working continuously at a job that has lost it's challange, they want to crawl back to the comfort of their homes; leaving behind the social mess for which they are most at fault for creating.

I have donated blood most of my adult life. My wife is from a different country, and doesn't understand why I do it- she thinks there is a risk, and I can't convince her that people aren't selling it.
I have tried to explain to her the need for doing this, but she acts upset. I love my wife, and just want to make her happy...but I feel sort of obligated to donate ( i just donate when the bloodmobile comes to my office quarterly). Do i worry too much about the little things?
This probably is a stupid question, but my wife's feelings (even little ones) mean so much to me.

You must repent to be forgiven, but what's the use if you are going to hell for comitting sins anyway while you are on earth.
And why is it so hard to live for Jesus...It would be nice to set an example as christians and let them lead a better life without all the problems of the world.
