I hope so! I answered that question!

I think that person was just desperate for a way to get 100 answers to one of their questions. I've seen people angling to get 100 answers before but this is the first time that the asker offered to do something in return for us answering.

I'm always a little leery of answering those questions because they're not "true" questions and our answers could be construed as not being actual answers resulting in notices of violation.

But I would hope they're true to their word and just wanted the "honor" of having so many answers. After all, it's not like anyone got money for it, it's not point gaming because the asker got no points from doing that. What's the harm?

Well, I hope so. But my question is why he did it. I mean, if it is a publicity stunt, it's one that's somewhat hard to understand. Why not just make the donation? To me, the best charity is anonymous, and this is anything but.
