You there, Prole!
Are you prepared to do as you are told?
The greatest good you can accomplish is to love
Oceania
and
Big Brother.
You must obey in all things.
You must accept Doublethink.
It is doubleplusgood.
It means the ability to believe that black is white, and more, to know that black is white, and to forget that one has ever believed the contrary.
Do you accept this as truth?
Or do you wish to visit Room 101?

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

A few times I have seen aura around people and lights. I saw shadow people before and one even touched me when I was nervous, infact I wasn't scared after it touched me it kind of felt like it wanted to protect me, it made me feel safe. When I was a small child I prayed for it to snow. I live in a place where it is virtually impossible for it to snow because of its climate and it actually did snow. I was able to see a tragic event unfold right before my eyes in a dream that I had of a relative, it was almost like I was there with her observing the event. I couldn't even be there for I wasn't even born yet and no one even told me about this event. I approached my relative and told her about it and she was surprised that I even knew about for she hasn't told anyone about it. I can channel what I believe to be energy in my hands, it'll start with a tingling sensation they'll get really hot. What does this all mean? I believe in Jesus Christ and don't do voodoo/witchcraft.

Why is my naturally dark skin, thick lips and nice figure deemed as ugly on me, but when manufactured and placed on a different culture, why are the full lips then sexy, the dark skin appealing and youthful, and the curves said to be attractive? But I have the same stuff naturally, and I'm said to be plain. Why? Are certain races just not admitting the truth.

I am middle age and have been bought up in a traditional chrhistian background. Lately I've been having doubts about my faith and questioning God about how he can allow things to happen that are clearly unchristian.

Osiris was killed by Set. Then Osiris' sister-wife, Isis, gathered the pieces and 'resurrected' Osiris.
Dionysis went to 'Hades' for three days to rescue his wife but at the end of a three day journey, lost her, then returned to the land of the living. Isn't that resurrecting?

I also make the sign of the cross with my right hand every time I pass a catholic church, in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but I also happen to celebrate tradition holidays, and somtimes I enjoy meditation with a few Buddists.
I enjoy volunteering at Baptist revivals from time to time. I read the Qu'ran and the King JAmes version of the Bible.
I try to spread the good word as much as I can.
Is anyone else out there like me?

I love aging gracefully, and not having to worry about skin cancer, I love that my skin doesnt show off every blemish that I have, and wont start looking leathery as the years go by. Why is it so bad to be proud to be non-white?

In 2 Kings 2:23-24, Elijah asks God to curse a group of children who were teasing him about his bald head. God sends two bears which attack the children and maul 42 of them.

Who is responsible for killing the children? God, for having sent the bears? Or Elijah, for having asked God to do it?

Thanks in advance for thoughtful responses.

I believe that most "sins" are the product of human control and construction, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I think there are some "sins" that are ridiculous, but from a christian perspective, I wonder why god would even care? If it is so powerful, why wouldn't it go and create a more perfect universe without sin?

If people are born innocent why is it that we have tendency or inclination toward sin? Why do we say that nobody is perfect? Doesn’t this prove that we acquired a fallen nature?

There is all types of data about Black people. But if looking for data specifically about white people one finds there is not as much data. I did a quick search. I googled "african-american teen pregnancy" most of the links were about teen pregancy in general, but quite a few were specifically about black women. As similar seach for "white american teen pregnancy" and "caucasian teen pregnancy" pretty much gave the same results about pregancy in general, but no results about white women specifically (at least on the first page).

My point is, why are Black people so often single out for study, but not white people?

... and if not, exactly what are the "bad" consequences of sinning for you?

And if you tell me you feel "bad" about disappointing some big invisible guy in the sky, I'll repeat:

-exactly- what are the "bad" consequences to your sinning?

I've seen what too many of you call "feeling bad" about disappointing real life people, I don't expect you "feeling bad" to some invisible guy is any worse.

In other words, if you have convinced yourself you are saved regardless of what sins you commit, and you have no worse punishment than feeling bad about what some invisible mute guy might think, what motivation do you have to stop sinning:

You've removed both the carrot and the stick.

I hear all these Roman Catholics saying that Protestants hate the Catholic Church and how they're always bashing it.
Isn't this hypocritical of them? Do Roman Catholics even know their own churchs history? Do they Not know what the Roman Catholic Church did back in the day? (The Crusades The Inquisition). Some Roman Catholics even deny all of this.
They look at the Protestant Reformation as a Tragedy.
but whos Fault REALLY is it?
Roman Catholics should cast No stones at the Protestants.
Protestants did some bad things too but Not as bad as the Roman Catholics.
Why the Hypocrisy?

F.Y.I. Im Not a Roman Catholic or a Protestant.

And not only human characteristics, but tyrannic and indecisive characteristics.

I'm an atheist, but even I would find it more easy to swallow without the whole personification thing.

Anyone agree? Comments from all sides welcome.
