Why is my naturally dark skin, thick lips and nice figure deemed as ugly on me, but when manufactured and placed on a different culture, why are the full lips then sexy, the dark skin appealing and youthful, and the curves said to be attractive? But I have the same stuff naturally, and I'm said to be plain. Why? Are certain races just not admitting the truth.

I understand where you coming from. Full lips weren't considered beautiful until Angelina Jolie came along. When the average Black woman has full lips. I think that's the old thinking that white is right and anything that isn't white is ugly. Here comes this woman with fair skin but with some african features, they see her as exotic. But when African features are on the face of a Black woman it's ugly. I don't get it but that's how a lot of people think. However all features, skin tones and body shapes are beautiful. The Black African race is DIVERSE we don't all have full lips and curvy bodies and you know that.

Yes, many that I have seen were very attractives! My cousin marry a black american girl... Actually, I never data a black girl before, since I was raise in country side, so we were not exposed to black as much as in larger cities. But I would not care! We love a person for its human traits, physical attraction is just an hormonal tool to get closer and learn about each others... No more than this!

Going by that, we should all be handsome and beautiful since we all have the same equipment.

But I wouldn't make a case for discrimination over not being considered beautiful by people of another race.

You have the right to fair and equal treatment and it sounds like you are being treated the same as every human on the planet.

What you don't need is to think it is a right to be considered attractive.

It isn't always and in all of you're questions you generalize a race or group of people and make it so were all mushed together while you sit there and call me rascist when i'm very far from it, i personally think that black women are very pretty as well as any race, no one is ugly, it is just a mindset. I'm not like that and i'm white. i am telling the truth you just won't listen to it.

Black women are beautiful. Period. If people can't see that or admit it oh well. Think about juicy full lips, shining dark eyes, long curly eyelashes, curvy figure, glowing bronze skin. If that ain't beautiful I don't know what is.

I don't think that's true actually. If anything, the women that ridicule others are just jealous and this could probably be what's going on in your situation. But, if you really think about it, look at the top African, African-American models. I can name a few that are really dark, have their heads shaved and are considered really beautiful.
I know that I'm prett jealous, because most of the time black women have amazing skin. They don't even have to wear makeup. It's almost not fair. Haha

I don't know and don't know an answer to give you. It could probably be how you look and not your skin color at all. You could be white and people still might think your ugly.

Obviously people are trying not to admit something. Enough said.

btw, nice avator. its because of the majority culture that controls the media- tv, magazines, etc- and hence prescribes what is seen as beautiful. people buy into it, and it sticks as the norm.

however, in reality, true beauty is personal and subjective... you know, the old saying, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
