I love aging gracefully, and not having to worry about skin cancer, I love that my skin doesnt show off every blemish that I have, and wont start looking leathery as the years go by. Why is it so bad to be proud to be non-white?

For y'all information black people don't show their age as bad as white people do, this goes for the first person's answer. I know tons of black people who look a lot younger than their age. White people either look their age or older. Black people age the best because we don't look so hideous like whites do when they age... all those nasty wrinkles and crows feet so early in their years.

Um, ANYONE can get skin cancer. But don't feel stupid- I used to think I didn't have to wear sunblock too.
And I have zits all over my face and if I was white I'd know they'd look hideous, lol.
I think most whites are surprised because deep down they all know that racism still exists (even though some play dumb and say it doesn't) and think that it must be easier to be white than a minority.

Being white is really awesome. Being a white male is even better. I reference the SNL skit where Eddie Murphy went white for a day. Yeah its really like that, at least in the country club and in the sky box.

you should be proud of how you are. no matter what race you are. when you start acting like those terrible people making hurt-full comments about, then you should worry. its not bad. we was born black-were going to die black. I'm proud and very satisfied about the way i look. I LOOK GOOD....

I as a beautiful black woman, DO NOT want or wish to be white, even if my romantic partners are white. Dating only white men DOES NOT reflect any form of self hatred, contrary to the belief held by so many racist, stupid dodo-heads.

I certainly hope that you are happy with who you are. It would be horrible to be anything and want to constantly be someone else. Don't assume that all Whites are that way. We're not.

I am white, and I dont expect everyone to want to be white. Do you have any idea how many white women want to be asian, and how many white men want to be (or really seem to think they are) black?
