Am I alone in being disgusted with the behavior of Women's Libbers?

Question

--I feel that they have been largely responsible for fatherless homes, juvenile delinquency, and the lowering of moral standards. Perhaps, even the rise in homsexuality; caused by the loss of a father figure ( who most of them consider unnecessary) in the home.
Now I hear most of them, want to work only part time jobs.
Now that they have experienced the drugery of working continuously at a job that has lost it's challange, they want to crawl back to the comfort of their homes; leaving behind the social mess for which they are most at fault for creating.

I haven't had bad eperiences with women in my life as many here are suggesting. I simply long to see the kind of strong, caring women I grew up with.---I remember when a good wife and mother was the most respected member of the extended family.
How I wish we could some how bring her back.
But now she decided that she would like to be a plumber, truck driver, or bank manager and drop her kids at a place nearby to be raised by others.
She's tired from spending so many hours working and driving in traffic, so that she can prove that she's equal to or better than a man. We used to think she was above all that.
Women's Lib has been a long trip to nowhere.
Thousands of those good ol moms are now posing on porn sites, and wondering why their kids are so wild.

I'm a Korean war veteran, and I remember the most important thing to most soldiers was a letter from "mom"; --and that was usually the word that murmured with their dying breath.
Today I'm often shocked when I hear young boys cursing and even fighting with their mothers.---I can't remember any of my friends who even wanted to do anything like that. Their mom was sacred.--She may not have made big money, but she reigned supreme.

We've always had bad men, and I'm not hear to defend them.----But I believe that many honest women can see a society in shock over mothers gone wild.

MICHAEL R---You could teach me much about deplomacy, I'm afraid.---But what I would most like to learn is why women of today seem to have decided that talking tuff makes them more attractive.
Most men would not be foolish enough to talk to another man w/ the kind of in-your-face sarcasim so often used by modern women.The beautiul women in my past seemed to be more honest about their physical limitations, and didn't find it necessary to hide behind their skirts. They commanded respect without the tuff talk.

Next time I think about posting a question on this religious site, I'll stick my butt ,instead, into a nest of killer bees.

Well, while I cannot blame Women's Liberation on stopping up the sink in my house, I can see where people can blame the Liberation on a lot of things. Mainly, I blame it (and myself) for confusing the issue of man and woman. Here, I have to tell a bit of a story.

I was about to walk into a small drug store when a women walked up at the same time. Being taught that it was right to open the door for ladies, I immediately grabbed the door handle and pulled it open. As the woman started to walk into the door, she said in a rather huffy tone, "You do not have to open the door for me, just because I am a lady!" To that, I simply replied, "I did not do it because I thought you were a lady, I did it because of how very old you looked to me!".

Now, while this story is not actually true, it brings to light that women's lib has confused the issues for many men. Sometimes it seems though like the woman wants her cake and wants to eat it too.

Finally, I should tell you:

I am all for EQUAL RIGHTS, and someday, I hope us men get them!

They started out just wanting the same money as men if they were doing the same job. But with any great change, evil rides the money trail. We can be disgusted with the behavior of women, but the man has always been the head of the household, the head of the family and men let women work so they could become slothful. They have more time to play golf and they can afford it if the wife is working. Some men are so pitiful that they like being called Mr. Mom and they stay home and let their wife work. A woman cannot respect a man that does this. Both are to blame, not just the woman.
