If you are a true PRACTICING christian, regardless of personal belief, than you believe that EVERYONE who does not follow your religion and its rules is going to burn in hell. So why dont you protest mormans or jews or muslims, they will all BURN IN HELL RIGHT? Is it because you know somewhere in your mind that all this holy ghost or magic on earth crap is all complete bullsh*t, and atheists are the only reasonable people who accept it? Think about how CRAZY and wacko you must be to be a morman, or say a scientologist, yet there are hundreds of thousands of hard core scientologists who believe EVERY WORD of their rediculous religion, BUT WHY? Because they were indoctrinated and brain-washed into their beliefs.
IT IS TIME TO ACCEPT REALITY, AND STOP WASTING THE ONE LIFE YOU HAVE ON RELIGIOUS SUPERSTITION.

WOW, for one, using the caps button just emphasizes particular points in your paragraph, its not yelling. I appreciate all the good christian hatered I recieved tho, thank you. It astounds me that your too blind to see your own hypocracy. Also, how is it that nearly every answer I got COMPLETELY ignored all of the obvious logical arguements I put out. Its like your listening with your fingers in your ears shouting LALALALALALA. If you people want to waste the one life you have and spend it ruining reasonable peopls lives ("spreading the word") than I guess theres nothing I can do about that.

An atheist is like someone is so bothered with the rain and arguing with his friend that buses don't run on the street he is about to cross, he doesn't see the bus coming. Evangelist are screaming running down the streets trying to prevent you from crossing, they are all over the place and they are ringing in your head right now, that is why you are writing this post. Granted some evangelist may not understand what they are talking about and giving a bad name to all the rest. This does not negate it. Thinking the bus doesn't run on your street doesn't stop it from running if you just have your information wrong and have been too preoccupied with pain, pleasure and worries to look carefully at the bus map. By the way, there may be metaphors evangelists use to describe spiritual realities, but until you experience them yourself you will never understand them. Jesus and evangelist use metaphors, but the reality has a whole much more serious tenor to them the pedestrian nature of the metaphors. In a sense the reality is nothing like the metaphors except that they help you navigate the realm of the spirit once you are there. Really they are just symbols that broadly behave like the spiritual processes, but in no waythey the same as the real thing. Trying to argue your way out of a reality by denying its existence doesn't help you. You say reality is cruel therefore there is no reality maker made of love. However, do you really understand life and the universe enough to say this? Are you wise enough to argue with God about his logical inconsistencies in creating life and all things. Who is being arrogant here? If you were God, would you not crush the atheist who do not appreciate your beautiful fantastic work but say this creation is not good enough for me?

I am a Christian, and I PROMOTE Christianity. The Bible itself "protests" these religions, as it speaks against false prophets, and fake religions in numerous passages.
We don't have to "PROTEST" anything, because we know the truth, and understand that these false faiths exist.
It's not a Christian's job to keep track of who's going to hell, and who's not, we leave that for God to decide.
The reason SOME Christians may "take their rage out" on atheists, is because of idiotic posts and questions such as this. You think you can just aggressively slam a Christian and his faith, without being slamed back?? Come on man, get real. With this BS, you are asking for it.
Despite what you may believe, TRUE Christians are NOT weak people, and we won't allow an IGNORANT Atheist who is afraid of Christianity to bash our faith. You should leave people alone, and allow them to believe what they will.
All will be judged at the end, but if you don't believe that, then you have nothing to worry about :-)

How can you choose to call everyone who follows a religion ignorant? Why not call an atheist ignorant?
People get ignorant when they pull the " I'm right, your wrong" statement. Which is exactly what you've done. So you don't have any space to call anyone ignorant. Religion or not.
It doesn't matter who's right or who's wrong. Let people believe what they want, you don't have to agree with it. You just can accept the fact that people will believe what they want, and go about the day. Respect people for their beliefs and maybe they'll respect you, too.
Respect stops ignorance.

Look you have to assume my position.... I'm a christian, more specifically a catholic and I've met atheists and i don't try to tell them that what they think is wrong, so you shouldn't do that either!!
If nobody bothers you! You shouldn't bother anybody!
Plus is disrespectful the way you express about other people's believe no matter if they're Mormons, Muslims, Jehovah's witness or whatever!!

Get a Bible and read that and stop taking your rage out on Christians..Not a single one of us, will be there when you come face to face with the living God on Judgment Day. I dont know where you get your information about Christians, but you are wrong. Every Christian knows that only God can judge a persons heart and soul and that only you yourself can lead yourself to the Lake of Fire. God gives you a choice of where you want to spend your eternal life. You either choose the path to Him or the path away from Him. It's your choice and no one elses. Choose wisely.
You seem to be listening to too many fundies.

They take their rage out on ANTONE that doesn't believe as they do. Atheists are the worst to them because they not only don't believe in the "son", but they don't believe in the "father"either.
