members spoke openly about how she worried about her son and him not being married yet. She also expressed her concern that if and when it does happen, how a 'wrench' it'd be. Then another Ghanaian male member turned round and said to me, "Yes, it's the same with you. When Poopsy* marries, it'll be the same way - they'll be difficulty with separation". I didn't even ask his opinion about my personal affairs, as we're there to discuss the bible, unless anyone discusses their problems. Now it's made me think about what he said and I feel quite perturbed by it. What's it got to do with him?

I'm not trying to be funny or insulting or anything, I'm just kinda curious. I mean, people are named after his diciples, such as Mark, john, etc. Why aren't there any people named after Jesus, or moses or names like that?

Why don't we get fighting mad, when the Health Industry ignores the Americans who suffer with Heart Problems (Even Children), because they do not have Insurance, But they Will Fly Families here from Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan, pay for living quarters, and Do FREE Heart repair, to their children.? Shouldn't OUR children receive the same treatment, and COST? Would you rather spend your Taxes Dollars, helping Our Own, before others?

If humankind put all the energy it uses to fight in to loving, think what we could accomplish!

Look at what people power can do- look at how it inspires! Have you ever seen the footage of the crowds dancing on the Berlin Wall? The sun shines on occassions like this, those moments so wonderful they exist for the betterment of the whole world, to be captured on film and in the hearts of those witnesses lucky enough to be present.

If we all put as much effort in to creating times like these as we do fighting, bickering, bullying and slandering one another, imagine what life would be like!

I see a world where machineguns exist only as museum exhibits, and all the old battlefields have grown out in to wonderful gardens were the children of the old soldiers play each day until the sun sets, the offspring of both sides of every conflict.

Maybe one day, if we are all willing, it might happen...and then there would be no need for heaven, because we'd have it right here.

Pro-choice/Pro- life is comparing apples to oranges. Pro-choice is simply a term that the N.O.W. uses to trick unsuspecting people. Most americans would give everyone the right to choose most things but when it comes to abortion, the proper terms would be pro-life/pro-death. Using these terms, most people would choose pro-life. How can anyone wish death on someone and support the killing of innocent children. A child has no right to life? Intentional killing has no place in civilized society. Another argument regarding rape and incest, its a tough one, but if this were the only legal way to have an abortion, the incidents of rape and incest in this country would skyrocket. This is similar to many of our current problems wheras we ignore it now and deal with it later. If Roe v Wade had been vigorously prosecuted, millions of babies would not have been sacrificed. This is simply the way I feel, and hopefully someone out their might understand the "other side.

I am 48 years old, I have worked with the public, been involved in many social functions and I have yet to meet people who "Shove" religion down my throat. Even the Jehova Witnesses that have come to my door have been polite and just handed me a few things to read and gone on their way. I am a Christian and I do not preach to others. So I am curious...where are all these talked about Bible Thumpers?

I do and I just believed this about a half an hour ago. Thanks to some answers about the Pope. If I have offended anyone I apologize, please don't take it personally, this is not about the Catholic believers or the Catholic Church. It's about the Holy Spirit revealing truth unto me. First off, God is the Heavenly Father, and he clearly states that Satan is the Father of all lies. Pope is the Latin word for Father. "Satires" 6:633get it, 6, 6 and 3+3 = 6Whoa, that's deep.To those who have understanding: the anti christ is the number of a man. Many will be decieved. It's true, I know it is, and if anybody says that I am boasting, I boast in the spirit of truth given to me by my Heavenly Father God. I have been studying the book of Revelations for about 9 yrs. pondering, meditating, seeking, searching and now recieving in the Name of Jesus. Say what you want and believe what you want, mission complete. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, Amen. I go in Peace
