Is it the minutes that really count each day? Because it varies greatly for me from day to day, month to month and year to year. Is that how God measures us? Or is this a measurement set by man and his religious beliefs or interpretation of some Biblical passage. It's OK to organize prayer, say in a prayer circle at church or at given times, but prayer is not to be limited to a "set" amount or reduced to an "average" which limits contact with GOD each day.

I have come to believe that it is important to contact God in prayer anytime throughout the day or night to ask for help for others or for ourselves, or to Thank Him for the help He has so freely and graciously sent. It is very important to continuously ask for guidance to do His will on earth, not our own selfish, self-serving will. It is also important to ask Him to help us recognize His hand in our lives at the time it is happening and be open to the options He is giving us. I know I have missed opportunities because I did not see them at the time. The more I can see these options at the time, the more I have to choose from daily! Hope this helps you understand prayer in a slightly different light. .

I am sorry to admit honestly that it is not as many minutes as I spend on YA.
But to answer, each morning, thoughout the day as needed (for myself and others), at night and before meals.
God bless you.
