People seem to be horrified of homosexuals theses days, and I can't see why. What harm do they do?

The whole "They spread AIDS" thing is bunk. AIDS is spread through heterosexual sex just as easily, and as long as you use protection and you and your partner get tested, it doesn’t matter what sex they are.

"Corrupting our children" is also bunk. I've never met a gay person who gave a crap if anyone's kids were gay. And more pedophiles are heterosexual than homosexual. Gay people are just as capable of raising children, too. I've met more than one well adjusted and yes, straight person who was raised by gay parents.

"They can't populate the earth" is just silly. The earth is plenty populated already, and just because a few people are gay doesn’t mean there aren’t millions of straight couples pumping out babies.

And don't get me started on the people who say it's a "sin." Not everyone believes the same thing you do. Get over it.

So tell me, why are people scared of homosexuals?

I am not talking about those that say they are born again, but those that want to take religion out of private there homes and Churches and put it into our public schools and Government.

You know the type that think that some how intelligent design should be taught along side evolution (sorry guys I am a theist but I recognize that only science should be taught in a classroom)

As well as other things untill they make America "the true Christian nation" at the expence of everyone else

i mean most women convert Islam because the way it treats her
im a women and in Islam im treated the best...men open car doors when im going in, they help us, they don't let us stand in lines for stuff in markets for example, they let us pass first. if a women is carrying something heavy they help her with it, sometimes i wake up and my car is clean, because my old man neighbor cleaned it while cleaning his
i lived my whole life in Muslim countries. Palestine, Jordan, Saudi, Egypt and went to the USA and Britain but never found a good way in treating a women , only in Islam
When a women is married, she can not work if she does not want to, but she also can, both ways the HUSBAND is the one to spend money on her, the money she gets from her work is hers
When she is hurt even by a touch she can go to court, Islam gives her the right to divorce and have money too

Any ya….more than 20.000 convert Islam yearly in the U.SA after 9\11 specially women
My prove:

my mom and all Muslim married women i knew in my whole life are treated LIKE QUEENS. Why do people say that Islam is against women?? ?truly why?

I'm not trying to be rude,(for once),just realistic.I really and truly don't understand how most of you can really believe in imaginary things like angels, monsters, gods, heaven and hell,demons,etc..How can seemingly intelligent, well educated, otherwise rational people,(some of you anyway),think that these things are real.Seriously folks,c'mon.I know you don't want to die and have that be all there is.I know that you don't want to take responsibility for your evil actions and thoughts,etc..I understand that you all have the same psychological needs and mechanisms that I have, but you can't really, deep down, have truly deluded yourselves into buying into your own BS.Can you really be unaware of the psychology involved here? I think perhaps that most of you really are.Have you ever tried to understand why man invented gods? The many reasons he went to the monotheistic versions? Can there really be no help for you?

Get an education.
Pick up a psychology book.
Find the REAL truth...

"What is the definition of God?"

For a person to say there is no God, he should know what is the meaning of God. If I hold a book and say that ‘this is a pen’, for the opposite person to say, ‘it is not a pen’, he should know what is the definition of a pen, even if he does not know nor is able to recognise or identify the object I am holding in my hand. For him to say this is not a pen, he should at least know what a pen means. Similarly for an atheist to say ‘there is no God’, he should at least know the concept of God. His concept of God would be derived from the surroundings in which he lives. The god that a large number of people worship has got human qualities - therefore he does not believe in such a god. Similarly a Muslim too does not and should not believe in such false gods.

I know we are brought up to think that that's the norm, but at the end of the day, we are just animals aren't we? Just clever animals who have made evrything a ritual. So do you think it's natural for us to be monogomous?

You put them neatly in a box and a year later they've turned into a siver and gold glittery ball of muddle that you have to pick through with tweezers and a shed load of patience.
Do they secretly practice yoga the other eleven and a half months of the year just to pee us off?

I have spanish as a second lunguage corse for highschool and I have never taken the class like i take the rest of mine (seriously)
when my teacher (who is white, not that it matters) called my mom and told me I was going to fail his class unless i pass the final exam
my mom was very upset. when she asked my why do i always slack off in his class i told her " I dont realy care about spanish the language is boring and hard to understand any way." also "i have little to no intrest in mexican culture so why would i want to learn spanish anyway?"
she looked at me as if i just called God an asshole. she and my dead dad lived in mexico for like 4 years and have a lot of mexican friends and speak it fluently, and became shocked that her son did not like it.
when i complained to my brother and friends they thought i was racist against mexicans!! i told them just because I dont care about their culture dosent mean im racist does it? i dont hate it i just dont care. what do you think?
