I am an assistant scoutmaster for my sons' Troop. Last evening the Scoutmaster gave me a Christmas gift, which was the first time ever. What do I do now? Get him something? Tonight will probably the last time I will see him until January. Is it ok that my boys just get him something?

In my church we have single moms that are not married and everyone makes a big fuss and attention over these babies,
but the sin is not being addressed. There is nothing cute or adorable about being promicoius, but church memebers act like these babies are the greatest things.

My question is why arent these girls being taught right from wrong?
Why is this sin of sexual imoorality not being addressed? Why is this so readily acceptable?

I feel sorry for those who lost loved ones...but it seems as if we have turned it into a facade. "Support out troops" on the back of every car....more like support the people who made these stickers! Every other country song is dedicated to the war simply for profit.

She says to St. Peter, "What's going on?"

I understand the definition of Blasphemy but I guess I don't understand why this sin would not be forgiven. I agree that it is a terrible thing to do but a non-believer would not know any better, so how can they not be forgiven? Before I was a believer, I made fun of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Does that mean that I am not forgiven? Can someone please give me a scripture reference? Thanks.

I just read an answer that seemed to totally agree with my views of immigration, I am for legal immigration, then I re-read it again(English is my second language) and this person said something about killing illegal immigrants.
