excluding me. Another girl asked if I was going to the lunch and I said, “Oh, I didn’t know anything about it. I’ve not been asked”. So, as a 2nd thought one of them said, “Well, seeing as I’m not going to be here next week, you can have my ticket”. But I refused it. I thought it was such a cheek to ask me as a “second thought”. The sec who organised it all, went round asking if they’re going to the meal (including all temps and permanent staff), but I never got asked. I just overheard all the arranging. I was just wondering if anyone would have felt the same?

Who here thinks about death and imagines a constant black, unthinking void? I think about that sometimes and it seriously, deeply freaks me out. Anyone else get that? I'm not interested in people telling me about god and Jesus. If I wanted that, I would go to a church. I just wanted to know if anyone else thinks about that sometimes.

Are they the same religion with different practices, or different religions all together? Why do they (the followers of both) hate each other so much?

After the millions killed and swaped in Crusade wars , the Holocust Scandle , the thousands of Muslims killed by French and Italian worriers in the 18th centuary and finally the occupation of Iraq which Bush has announced as a "CRUSADE" war...

Can we call Christianity anything but a RELIGION OF BLOOD... the bible itself is just full of verses on fighting against non-Christians and all this crap...

My family all believes in god and celebrates Christmas so I usually celebrate it with them every year. My friend told me that I was a pathetic loser to celebrate Christmas if I don't believe in god. She doesn't either and doesn't at all and gets all grouchy this time of year, she tells everyone that Christmas is the worst holiday ever.

I celebrate it with my family because that's the only time during the year that the whole family actually gets together, other than that we see each other but seperately. She says I only like it because of the gifts but my family really hasn't exchanged gifts since all of us kids got older. We just get together for family so why is it wrong for me to celebrate it with them? She says I shouldn't even go to Christmas with them if I don't believe in God. But I like seeing all my family together so I should be allowed to still see them.

What am I supposed to do sit in my apartment by myself on Christmas?
She says people who beleive in god are pathetic

Did you see the report on the news about this. They say it gives up to 50% protection.
Is this what God knew all along when He told His chosen people, the Jews, to circumsise thier children? I think it's interesting how medicine and science, whilst mainly deneying God come up with these great theories which to me, go about compounding the written Word. What do you think?
