A woman my wife knows has suggested that we 'make bacon'.

I don't really like bacon, and I don't know why she wants to make it.
Isn't it easier just to buy some?

I wanted to raise this question. Because all the people when refer to european they mean all the people from Purtugal to Moscow Russia which I think need modification after some recent archealogical and genetic findings in Eastern Europe especially in Russia.

Genetics has shown that most of east european men (from poland upto russia) carry R1a1-M17 haplogroup at very high rate(upto 50% on average). The same gene R1a1-M17 is also found in the men of the Eastern Afghanistan and Pakistan equally at the same rate( 50%on average).
On the otherside the archaelogical finding in Russia and Ukrain exhibit the war like culuter (horse culture) which is even today prevalent especially in Afghanistan.

I think the Eastern european MAN is a recent arriver (may be few thousand years ago) than the western European MAN.
I think this may explain why Russians think entirely different from Britishers or Americans since they have nothing in common.
What is your point of view.

In today's context: some words that are supposed to reinforce egalitarian outlook towards human rights, bring alive some bad images and many people aren't too enthused to take mainly these words kindly: multiculturalism, globalization, liberalism, feminism etc.

Even though the purpose of these terminology was RIGHT, why do people don't like to identify with it anymore.

I think education in our societies are important. For example movies they have real impact in our learning behavior, most of that movies are violent against women, children, elders, gay's, blacks, jewish, muslims, catholics, animals, envirioment etc,etc...I think it is time to join forces all together now with need to practice peace, love, respect, compassion, unity before we do or we say anything to think not to be violent.Would you like to learn how not to be not violent join us in our meditation on the 24 of dec at noon 12noon at wattle park on Curson and Hollywood Blvd.Meditation to heal our cities and our planet reducing violence in the streets and our neighborhoods developing happy families.

should I tell them this is very poor etiquette? On the back it says "this card can be recycled in tesco throughout January 2006" so its definitely from the same pack. I've already sent them one so I can't withhold their annual card in protest. Should I just go round there and say my piece?

Please read below this may help?
I don't know if this will help but when my grandma died 12 years ago on Dec 5th we started a ceremony that we have continued yearly At midnight on Christmas eve we all gather to light a candle for each of our loved ones that has passed before us.Thye used to have luminary kits but can't find those anymore so we just use those gift bags that you fold over we put cat litter in or if you are lucky enough to have sand you can use sand use long burning candles(the ones called emergency candles the white ones) work reallly well we light a candle for each person and say something about them anyone can say what they want to the person and light the candle. we then leave them outside to burn all night I always check the next morn to see wh's is stil, burning(I use different scenes on bags for each person) It always makes us cry but it is healing at the same time and allows us a moment of silence for those we miss and love. last year was the hardest one ever

A colleague has offered to irrigate my colon.
I'm not sure I'd really feel comfortable with this man doing such a thing.
But then, I sort of don't want to let him down because everyone else in the office has said no.
