I take my children to the zoo, fernbank science center & planetarium, the aquarium, and church , as well as to puppet shows, ballets, the library, and various other places to enrich their lives and give them education about God, evolution and how to be better people in general. What do you do to teach your children about humanity and the gift of Christ? Do you put up a tree for Christmas? Do you explain to them that we celebrate the birth of Jesus or just commercialize it? Do you hunt easter eggs? Do you tell them we celebrate Easter because it signifies the resurrection of Christ? Or do you simply take these holidays off with pay and then complain about how religious people are so ignorant and should not be celebrating these fake festivals?

You're under the mistaken belief that "religious" people do not believe in evolution. Not entirely true.
But then, a "religious" person is merely someone who believes in a supreme being(s) and actively practices their belief.
Granted, a good number of fundamentalists dismiss evolution. However, a good number of other faiths do not.
Pagans believe in evolution and so do Scientologists. A good percentage of mainstream Christians do as well.

The zoo is evidence of evolution? It's seems to me that it validates the Noah's Ark theory
