True worship won't either hide, replace or make known God's name. It is a way to give recognition, show admiration and love to the one that created you with a purpose. In other words, it is something between you and God, even if it is in Church or in a public place. We don't worship for any other reason than gratefulness and with joy from a sincere heart.
It is like when a kid tells dad "Dad! you are the greatest!" this is one kind of worship that won't hide, replace or make known that kid's dad's name. It is a relationship.
To make known God's name, there is a process called "witnessing" and yes, that is our calling from the very moment we get saved.

That depends on what you mean by true worship. Everyone's idea of worship is different, and every has a different way of showing their worship to God. But if this is a yes or no type question. TRUE WORSHIP would make KNOWN God's name. Not only that, it would raise up God's name, and make it holy the way it should be, instead of taken in vain all the time.

True worship is living a life that is pleasing to God. It's not the slow songs at church, and it isn't even proclaiming the gospel. Worship is Obedience. Through living a life of obedience to God, His Will comes about in your life.
Living worship brings integrity to your character. People see that, and they will either persecute you for it, or they will want what you have. Either way, worship is for God's Glory.

True worship can only be in the sphere of the Spirit, because God is Spirit (John 4:23,24) The Spirit, being the Spirit of Truth will only bear witness to the truth. Jesus said of this Spirit "He shall glorify ME" (John 16:14)
Therefore, my answer would be that true worship would disclose, or make known God's name.

When I was growing up I never called my father Lee. That was His name but I never used it. Then I was small it was daddy, as I grew it changed to dad. Never Lee, somehow that seems disrespectful. Now that I am the dad, even the grandpa, I know that dad, daddy, is a title of GREAT respect. So I turn to my Father in heaven and call out ABBA... "Daddy"... Jim

True worship unto the Almighty God.... would expose you to Him and if He delights in you... He will tell you things other people don't know.

Jesus glorified his Father's name while on earth and after he went to heaven
John 12:28 Father, glorify your name.” Therefore a voice came out of heaven: “I both glorified [it] and will glorify [it] again.”
John 17:6 “I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have observed your word. 7 They have now come to know that all the things you gave me are from you;
26 And I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in union with them.”
Rev 3:12 “‘The one that conquers—I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will by no means go out [from it] anymore, and I will write upon him the name of my God
Yes it is proper to refer to Jehovah as our Father,
But not to the exclusion of using his Name.
If Jehovah was only our father, then using only this term would be acceptable, as in the case of our earthly fathers.
But Jehovah is also our God, our Savior, the Most Holy.
It is Jehovah who has commanded that we use his Name.
Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.”’
Ps 91:2 I will say to Jehovah: “[You are] my refuge and my stronghold,
My God, in whom I will trust.”
Notice how many are going to have to learn Jehovah's name:
Ps 83:2 For, look! your very enemies are in an uproar;
And the very ones intensely hating you have raised [their] head.
14 Like a fire that burns up the forest
And like a flame that scorches the mountains,
15 In just that way may you pursue them with your tempest
And may you disturb them with your own storm wind.
16 Fill their faces with dishonor,
That people may search for your name, O Jehovah.
17 O may they be ashamed and be disturbed for all times,
And may they become abashed and perish;
18 That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah,
You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
Are we to pick and choose which scriptures we will follow, or we give honor to the one that deserves it the most?
I think it's interesting that people who have no trouble using the name of Jesus, go to great lengths to avoid using Jehovah's name.
Strongs Dictionary:
3068 Yhovah yeh-ho-vaw' from 1961; (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God:--Jehovah, the Lord.

No to all of these as it is not possible to know Gods secret name, it is enough for us to know that He is Father and Creator.

Make known. When Moses asked God His name, so he could say who had sent him, God replied, "I AM" hath sent thee'. (loose paraphrase)

True worship is worshiping God in Spirit & Truth. And God wants us to call Him by His Name. Heavenly Father. Yeshua. Yahweh, Everlasting. El Elyon. El Shadai. Healer. God is Who He says He Is.
The bible has Gods name in it. Very few times is God called Allah in the Old Testament. Allah is singular of Elohim. The LORD thy God is One LORD. or The Yahweh thy Elohim is One (EKD / united) Yahweh.
The LORD (Yahweh) is written Jahovah to prevent using the name of the Lord in vain. YHVH & add the vowels of Adonai and change the Y to J (no Y in Greek letters) and you have Jahovah. But the most sacred name that is used is the I AM that I AM. I AM is ANY HYH (Hebrew) Meaning God Is / Exists. And is written scarcely in the Old Testament Hebrew. To not blaspheme Gods name.
Ex 3:14,15 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM (ANY HYH (Hebrew)) hath sent me unto you. And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD God (YHVH ELHYM (Hebrew)) of your father, the God (ELHYM) of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob hath sent me unto you: this is my name forever and this my memorial unto all generations.
God wants us to call Him by His names. His names express who He Is. One can say to God All existing God, or Savior, or Healer, etc.
But the basic Hebrew name of God is ANY HYH YHVH ELHYM EKD YHVH. I AM the LORD thy God One LORD. (Not Allah)
