Santa Claus invades the privacy of little children. If he knows when kids are sleeping, then he also knows when they are bathing. He should go to jail.

Santa doesn't know everything and he keeps checking the list because he can't believe how many times your name shows up on the naughty side!

The only reason he checks the list twice is so he can get a good memory of it without coming back until he got all the toys.

Even Santa can make a mistake or a childs behavior can change, after he is not perfect, thats God.

No one says he "knows" everything. He "sees" everything. He's old and fat, his memory is probably shot. Plus, you never know when some kid will pull a last minute Christmas Eve naughty moment.
