Muslim leader blames women for sex attacks:

-- In the religious address on adultery to about 500 worshippers in Sydney last month, Sheik Hilali said: "If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it ... whose fault is it, the cats or the uncovered meat?

"The uncovered meat is the problem."

The sheik then said: "If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred."

He said women were "weapons" used by "Satan" to control men.

Sheik al-Hilali was the foremost Islamic leader in all of Australia. Fear is, extremists will fill in, for this supposed "moderate". That says it all.

Many other non-american cultures allow men to hug each other (even kiss each other on the cheek - like Italians) without the gay labeling. However some of those cultures are very oppressive to women (like Pakistan). Our society is no longer oppressive to women - in a broad sense. There are some West African cultures where it is normal for men to use sewing machines to make clothes (and are not gay), Brazilian culture allows men to freely express themselves during the Carnival festival without being thought of as gay, and of course Irish men wear 'kilts' (or skirts) and are not labeled as gay. Is it possible for American culture to loosen some cultural restrictions on men? It may help to bring women and men to a better understanding about each other.

I'm sure you would agree that the teaching of the Trinity is one of the main beliefs of Christianity. Can you prove it to me? I can disprove it with one scripture. At John 14:28 Jesus said: "I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I." The Trinity is all about the three heads being equal, but Jesus just said that his Father was greater than he. Now, here's the tricky part. I want you all to try your very hardest to prove to me that the Trinity is an accurate teaching by using the Holy Scriptures. Think you can do it? my bro is filing for divorce from his wife of 6yrs.He is leaving her for an old gf from college.We just found out(from his wife)he also cheated on her(wife) with a coworker a few yrs ago.We(his family) always knew she wore the pants in the family and could be very nasty to him at times but cheat on her 2x?I asked him if he was so unhappy why did he not leave her sooner and he said he made a commitment to god and her to make it work.We are a very religious family and look down on divorce but isn't cheating worce?He also has a 1yr old child with her that is his world and wanted his son to have a perfect family life so he tryed to make it work for his sons sake.i do know hes very upset over this and is in therapy for it he said he feels like he has failed his son.My question is do you men by this?Can a man be so in love with his child and values to do whats right that he stays in a relalationship that makes him want to commit suicide and make him have to cheat multible times on his wife
