That there is a direct correlation between oppression of women and religious intolerance?
A poster just asked a question that made it quite clear that those who do not worship in the same way as him were misandrist. What do you think of this? He also accuses those who do not worship in the same way of having multiple accounts? Do you find this strange?

I recently took my female and male cats to the vets. Guess who moaned the most and had the least done? Your right the male cat was a wimp. Suppose I needed showing how strong females really are!
Having 5 children and now being a lone parent, I suppose doing my degree shows the strength of a woman. Need I ask

Most women, like most men, are complacent opportunists. It doesn't make most women and men necessarily bad people, just too lazy and selfish to uphold any "philosophy" other than me-first. Then along comes feminism, which during earlier phases tried to appeal to all women. If you're a feminist, and you recognize that most women (feminist or not) do not live up to any philosophy other than me-first, what are you doing about it?

'Such depressive rumination most often occurs in women as a reaction to sadness, according to research Nolen-Hoeksema conducted with Lisa Butler, PhD, of Stanford University. Men, by comparison, more often focus on their emotions when they're angry, rather than sad, she said.
The reason, Nolen-Hoeksema speculated, is largely cultural. "There are differences between what it's OK for women versus men to focus on emotionally," she said.

How might this affect mental health and behavior in each gender?

‘rumination’ definition:
Negative cyclic thinking, persistent and recurrent worrying or brooding'

"… women who build their identity soley around family are rumination-prone" because they've got all of their self-esteem and social support in one basket… helping them to develop multiple sources of gratification and social support can be helpful buffers against stressful events in any one of those domains."

‘rumination’ definition:
Negative cyclic thinking, persistent and recurrent worrying or brooding which usually leads to stubborn, serious major depressive disorder (MDD).

I'm asking this question, because I notice men on average score significantly higher than women on SAT exams.

This is both on Math as well as Verbal. I find that especially surprising since people claim that women are supposed to have better verbal skills than men. Yet, men outshine women in the verbal department as well.

View this graph:

This is all despite the fact that society focuses on girls furthering their education, and tends to ignore boys in comparison. This is all despite the fact that boys on average study less hours and attend classes less frequently than girls. This is all despite the fact that more boys drop out of high school than girls. So why do men score higher when intelligence is measured?

The same for men doing better than women on SAT exams is true for IQ tests -- men on average score higher than women on IQ exams. More men score in the "genius" category than women.

Why is this?

women especially in Germany and America, with Americans incredibly replacing the Germans as the worlds fattest ? I have yet to hear a single word uttered by a feminist in regards to obesity. Quite the opposite, they attack women who might motivate other women to keep in shape, blaming bulemy on them. Why is that ? Envy ? Lets all get fat so men MUST settle for fat ladies ?

Be it tattooes, breast implants, wild hair, piercings, etc. etc. What gives anyone the right to judge based solely on appearance? Prejudice based on looks alone is UGLY.
Isn't that what's really wrong with society? Isn't it better to judge based on action?

I think I basically know the answer to this, I'm just curious what yours may be.

I've been travelling on airplanes since I was a baby, and in all my time of air travel, as far as I can remember, I have never ever seen a female pilot or co-pilot. So I'm assuming that the percentage of women pilots in the airline industry is either extremely small or perhaps non-existant.

Seriously, would you be scared if you were on a jumbo jet and you knew the pilot were a female? I think I would be. Imagine if both the pilot and co-pilot were female? Scary thought.

Give your opinion on the issue.

By the way, I flew Cessna prop planes over Arizona, California, and Nevada at the age of 16 and have a pilot's license.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this. Found this interesting myself. Ritalin type drugs are bad for you, and are sooooo overprescribed. But, for the kids who actually have this problem, what do you really think about using marijuana to help?

When it comes to the topic of pornography some feminists believe when a woman is a part of a pornographic film this not only denigrates herself but her entire sex. So how can feminism promote freedom of choice/independence but at the same time negate that same freedom with collectivist ideas?

There is this girl that I know, she is gorgeous yet smart, educated yet nice, independent yet not self-centered... I have had a crush on her, but despite her being really gorgeous (and part time belly dancer) I never dared to think about how I want to get it on with her, but instead how much I like to see her, talk to her, and be in her presence. She is not currently available as she is dating some loser, but I have been talking to her on the phone every day and I am sure she'll be mine sooner or later. But how do I get rid of this weakness and start thinking sexually about her which is what I usually do about the rest of women I like? Help please!!!

"The men who still have the largest share of the power in society don't do any domestic work. The very people who are making our most important decisions should know how to cook, know how to grow a garden, diaper a baby, and raise young people. They should not only know these things but practice them."

A man would never think he "deserves" the kind of selfish entitlements that the government gives to women. Yet women, who by and large do nothing for society except make babies (as long as a man is willing to impregnate them) FEEYUL they are owed everything in their lives by default just by virtue of having a vagina.

So where does this come from? Is it an inherent inferiority problem? Or is it based entirely on feminist ideology? I've noticed women from non-feminized countries do not have an entitlement complex which leads me to believe its a feminist thing.

Male dominance is much more pronounced in rural areas then the urban, in today's soceity. This makes rural women (spouse) bear the brunt of frequent child births which are unplanned. There could be high % of women who never know what orgasm is. What is your comment?

What do you think of this quote from "Pornified"?

"Particularly on the Internet, men find themselves veering off into pornographic arenas they never thought they could find appealing. Those who start with softcore develop a taste for harder-core pornography. Curiosity becons the user to click deeper within a site, perhaps paying for something..."

How can this be good for men or women?
Is this why women are now shaving themselves to look like little girls and accepting anal as a given?

I don't believe in God, but God help us all.
