I don't get why women ignore traditional roles, become highly powerful, independent, educated and finanically successful and then complain that they can't find a good man or a man "up to that standard" because men are intimidated by successful women...or they don't messure up to the same level of success.

Just because women have started outshining men that doesn't change the fact that most men want a women who is below them in one way or another. This is something that will never change... Men are not going to change what they like just because women no longer want to be in the roles men have always found attractive. Men are not intimidated by powerful or successful women.. just turned off and not interested. No decent man wants to be with an Alpha woman. Don't believe me? How many men are pounding down the door to date Oprah? Then ask who whats to date Eva Logoria.

You women know what your getting into every step of the way, so why act surprised when men look the other way?

Why do some women say penises look ugly, when vaginas look like infected stab wounds?

I understand there are many women who can appreciate the beauty and nature of a penis, but there are some women who just seem bitter and want to attack masculinity whenever possible -- so they attack obvious aspects of male anatomy. I enjoy having a penis, and I admire its size, strength, beauty, elegance, and its ability to mesmerize women physically and emotionally.

Many women here may hate to admit it, but it is a penis that keeps a woman enjoying sex and coming back for more. It is the penis that gets her pregnant so she can enjoy the beauty of childbirth.

I don't think a woman has room to talk when calling a penis "ugly". There's a reason why the phrase "bumping uglies" is pluralized, women.

There always seems to be a constant grey area. On one hand empowerment might be the Tyra Banks show but on the other hand not be men gawking at swimsuit models. It might be saying that there are no difference other than privates between the sexes, or it might be something else.

Google is a great tool, if we don’t know what something means, it easy to search.
I just go to the categories, where I want to read to learn something new or where I can answer because it is an area that I know.

Why this section has little to do with the academic subject?

Yes there is free speech, but hey, this is just too exaggerated.

1- GUYS: would u rather be naked, unable to talk & `stranded on the Planet of the Apes or be married to allegra?

2- Should neurotic [single] women with yappy dogs they cant controll...be destroyed by lethal injection?

Why do women whom go to jail always turn out sleeping with a woman? I mean they cant hold off for a man?

Im always reading questions on here from men who have a problem with their wife's weight..How come these men dont love them unconditionally yea i know when these men marry their wife she is thin but vows say for better or worse..Im sure these men arent perfect..My husband and i have been happily married 16 yrs and i am about 260 but he met me this way,married me this way and it has never bothered him 1 bit cause he loves me more then anything and is still very attracted to me..When we married i was over 200 and have lost and gained over the yrs but i am trying to lose again for me NOT for him...If you really and truly love someone then a little bit of weight gain shouldnt matter..So what is up with these men?

As I look at the world today it depresses me. Things aren't the way they were 20 years ago, its getting worse. An example would be... take a look at a music video from the 50's or 60's and compare them to todays music videos... do you see a problem with this? It really makes me sad to see 18 year old girls working at strip clubs and sleeping with all these guys. How can they let men disrespect them like this? I feel as though men are overpowering women more and more, and it's just getting worse. Some women just don't even care anymore, they've given up, so they just go back to the stereotypical views of society instead of sticking with their own morals.
How has society become this way?

While many men state that they love women, are attracted to women, etc... why do women think (or pretend to think) that men are unattractive? Is it foolish pride on women's part to hate to admit they find men attractive?

On one response to another question, one woman said she only finds 0.1% of men to be "sexy". Is that true?

Why do women hate admitting that they're attracted to the opposite sex?

My theory:

It seems like a lot of women try to act like men are unattractive.

I think this has something to do with a "power" move by many women, as women want to hold the upper-hand and the position of power regarding sex & attraction, so they act like most guys are disgusting and unattractive. To many of these women, suggesting that a man is "sexy" or "gorgeous" is a means of submission to the opposite sex.

Men on the other hand do not care about this power ploy, as they find it trivial; and readily state that many of these women are "hot" and attractive.

who has an good income (say 100k a year) increased her pool of potential mates, because money should no longer be a factor for her since she can support herself AND her mate. However, for some odd reaon, a woman who makes that kind of money has a hard time falling in love with a man driving a ford while she drives a Porsche and earns only say 20k against her 100k. Therefore the pool of mates to pick from shrinks for a career woman since she restricts herself to those men who make at least slightly more than she does, better is substantially more.
Why is that so ?

I mean blacks and whites differ in their skin color, skin color has an impact on how badly the sun cooks you, but men and women differ in so many ways its not even funny. Physical cabablities strentgh even the brain architecture is affected by gender. What is so equal about men and women again ?

I read this book called Brain Sex I think. Anyway it said that scientists now believe that men and women's brains are like totally different. For example women are good at talking and men are good at playing chess. This is because of hunting and gathering a long time ago.
