I am so disgusted in myself for crying. Who do I think I am? There are so many people who have it worse than me. I mean yes, Grandma has pancreatic cancer, and dad needs a kidney transplant, mom is telling me I have an "attitude" Chelsea is really messing with the wrong crowd, grandma and grandpa (dads side) are getting really old and live in another country- we dont even speak the same language, so it isn't like I can spend time with them or call them. I feel like I'm falling apart, my friends all went away for the summer, I have no way of contacting them.(cant check their emails, phones, ect) I have to face the fact that boys will never like me, i'll never be pretty and my family will never respect me. yes, I can truly say that I am hating myself right now. I'm done, you don't have to answer if you took the time to read this whole thing.I was just venting in a random topic.

Seriously... women judge each other by looks. If you ever see an ugly women with a handsome successful men you will hear women say things like "what is he doing with HER? She isn't even attractive!" And women often size each other up based on looks. So, why do they expect anything different from men?

We all know that Feminism professes to be all about gender equality, but is it really? I have yet to see a single Feminist indicates she gives the slightest toss about areas where men are disadvantaged. That's not equality. You cannot possibly achieve gender equality with an exclusively imbalanced effort.

Men do the vast majority of the most inflexible, unpleasant and dangerous jobs.
Die 5 years earlier.
Make up 80% of the homeless.
5 times more likely to lose the children in a divorce.
4 times more likely to commit suicide.
20 times more likely to be killed at work.
20 times more likely to be imprisoned.
Many time more likely to be wrongfully arrested, wrongfully imprisoned, mugged, assaulted or murdered.
4 times more likely to lose their homes in divorce.
Suffer more from nearly every medical disease and ailment that there is, and yet, far more money is spent by governments on women's health than on men's health.

Just name a few. Feminism is not about gender equality is it?

So when I was at the club some jerk came up to me and squeezed my butt. I turned around and he looked at me like i was just some piece of meat. I kicked him in the balls with my stilettos and got right out of there!

my friend told me that he threw up and passed out, and an ambulance came for him. She also said the cops came and she told them everything that happened and they are going to press sexual assult charges on him. OMG i feel bad. Do you think he deserved it? What do you think happened to him? What would you have done?

Ok - I've had enough! I can handle and even joke around about sexist questions towards women, but I am furious about the rape questions.

I don't care WHO you are - rape is NOT a joke! It happens to ONE out THREE women between the ages of 18-25, and that's an OLD statistic from Planned Parenthood. And those are ones that are reported!

Rape is forced, degrading and NEVER funny, and I am tired of seeing these comments and questions demeaning it. Unfortunately having been through it myself and being so scared the guy was going to KILL me, I want to know why you guys or gals think this is something funny?
I'm sorry if this offends, but I am seriously offended by people taking this issue so lightly.

Only to show the bright side of Islam about marital conditions.
I am a Muslim man who always prayed for a good Muslim woman to have and treasure as my wife. Alhamdulellah, I was granted this wonderful wife whom I would never trade for the world. She is every thing to me. I never forced Hijab on her but she came around on her own free will only 3 months after the wedding. I am twice as proud of her for all what she represents as a good Muslim woman. Your feedback please.

CALL FOR RUNNING OF THE COWS
http://au.news.yahoo.com/070710/13/13xkd.html
There are calls for a new version of the famous Pamplona bull-run to be conducted for women only - with cows replacing bulls.

Although women are allowed to take part in the San Fermin bull-run, very few are game enough to take on 600kg bulls, according to a student website that is supporting calls for the new event.

You see? Women are being discriminated against by the bulls being too big and women are just as capable of being in this event as men are, so something needs to be done to eliminate this discrimination.

The women's event will replace men and bulls with cows. It will be called RUNNING OF THE COWS. What else will this event need to be made female friendly and politicially correct?

I've been reading a book called "Backlash" recently and it has a whole chapter listing all the movies in the 80s and reasons why they are all anti-feminist.

The author claims that Pretty Woman is an anti-feminist film because the main character played by Julia Roberts gives up her career to become a companion to the character played by Richard Gere.

So what do you think, should we burn all copies of the patriarchally oppressive Pretty Woman on this basis?

Yes I realize this is not dating & singles.
I want to know from our men here, how do you feel.

Now we all know that often, dates are made to be female friendly so that you can reach whatever goal you may have.
But lets say this time....its all you....we play by your rules, you decide everything down to the last detail.
Who will pay ?
where will you go?
what will you do?
will there be sex ?
will she stay the night, or leave?
will you call her, or do you expect her to call you?
Your ideal perfect date....lets see whatcha got ???

They seem to go through a short period where they coomplain less than usual. But then it is back to the piss and moan phase? Is this genetic or os it hormonal? Can it be controlled with drugs or electroshock?

Seriously what would it take for women to quit complaining? Is this even possible?

My friend at work was saying that she didn't understand stay at home moms because she worked yet still did all the work around the house. She said stay at home moms are just people that use kids or the house as a convenient excuse to be basically "bums". I'm not so sure I agree. What do you think? Maybe some working people can comment

When it comes to disagreements which gender do you think is the worst. Men seem to be more physical like solving their problems with their fists and beating the snot out of each other. Women aren't above fist fights but tend to mostly start nasty rumors. Which gender do you think is worst?

I've just observed for the moment and I've seen its a lot is going on in this forum. "cloning" and i see many threats of reporting people. Why can't u guys just take it like civilized people when people don't agree with you? I think that people have appereared to be rude, but its childidish to go around reporting those that share an opinion that is different from yours. I think if you take it personal and are not going to like the difference in opinion one should just not come to this forum if you are going to act like a child and go reporting and blocking people.what do you think?

What do you think people should do with him?

I think it is extremely possible that Brad D comes from a highly disturbed family or that his father often tormented his mother with drunken notions of superiority. It's also extremely possible that Brad D has very low intelligence that is incapable of analytical reasoning. In other words, he is a below-average male.

I'm a guy myself. And I'd like Brad to explain what makes him as an individual, superior to any other person. Everybody is superior or inferior on certain characteristics. In general, women are superior on the dimension of beauty, grace, social conduct, communication, psychological strength and emotion, all of which are highly evolved characteristics of humans, and in which men are ofteninferior. Furthermore, women, in general have the gift of creating life and nurturing the child, even if not her own. On an average, men are superior in terms of physical strength, logic and reasoning, courage and abstract creativity.

Pick any famous female person in any occupation or belief system that you think is quotable and is a good role model for either men or women...who can be equally admired by both. And tell me why. For example, Princess Diana fought to have mines removed all over the world, so in that way could be equally admired by men and women who don't believe in land mines (or who want old land mines removed).

I want to know what everyone thinks. I know for sure that I would much prefer to have a man who can take care of me while I take care of him in return by maintaining our home, raising our children and caring for his needs.

Men, would you prefer someone to be the counterpart to your efforts? Or would you rather another money earner?

I'm all for women going to work and such if they want, but I do think the old ways seem to be the best ways, and a lot of people agree with me.
