Seriously... women judge each other by looks. If you ever see an ugly women with a handsome successful men you will hear women say things like "what is he doing with HER? She isn't even attractive!" And women often size each other up based on looks. So, why do they expect anything different from men?

Well it's probably the double edge sword women are complaining about.
We are indeed judged by both men and women.
Men are judging to see if were someone they'd like to "get with", be it in real life or their fantasies.
Women are judging us to see if they can take us down a peg or two and make them feel better about themselves (mirror, mirror on the wall syndrome)
AND YET.....
men complain about women worrying so much about their looks. Well yeah....we're being sized up 24/7.
I don't expect anything different from men, I know exactly how things work.

Your point is well stated. It has always amused me to hear women natter about breast size.
THEY get the implants.
THEY pad their bras.
Yes, large breasts get a mans attention, but only for a moment. There are SO many other aspects of women that are far more important. The greatest is personality!
If a woman is REPULSIVELY UGLY (not a common phenomenon) she is in trouble. Otherwise, she needs good PERSONALITY.
That is more true AFTER the guys grow up a bit.

This is true. I don't complain about being judged on by looks, I do the same to guys! It's just a natural human thing.

You actually have a point. I guess they do that because they feel insecure and they expect men to make them feeling better by saying they are beautiful and not the other girls. Hey, it's what we do. Yess, I know it's bizzaare.

I know I'll be judged harshly for this, but in many ways, women are their own worst enemy. There are many who are working tirelessly to be judged on their merit, but so many others destroy those efforts with their shallow and vain attitudes toward life. Its women of which you speak who give all women a bad name...

For the same reason there are democrats and socialists.
People don't understand that in a competition like capitalism or sexual selection there are people who will lose. So they complain that the system isn't fair, in vain.
