Seriously, so many boys are diagnosed with ADD and ADHD...and only few girls. Why?

Well, I asked and obsessed over the question a while back of whether or a not I was a stalker (see links below). The answer seemed kind of up in the air, but it seems the healthy thing for me to do is to avoid this girl. And that's what I've done. I don't look at her. I go out of my way to avoid passing by her work area or even making eye contact. I'd hate for her to think that I'm all of a sudden mad at her and plotting some kind of revenge, but this is my only solution for the time being. I don't want to keep fooling myself with these vain dreams of me and her getting together. Thinking about her only seems to open the door to more counterproductive behavior. I don't know if this is even really a question. I'm just looking for... not advice, just thoughts peppered w/ advice.

Ok this is a follow up question to my last one. The answer is obvious for men because we need to be physically attracted to women to want to date them.

But for women who claim to like "personality" so much I have to wonder... if a guys personality is good enough for him to be your best friend....why isn't he good enough to date? This is what makes no sense to me. Whats that extra thing that needs to be there for him to be boyfriend material?

All women I've been friends with always ended up wanting to date me so I assumed women only befriend men they can see themselves dating later... hmmm

Lets say you meet a guy who you are not attracted to AT ALL.. a guy you would NEVER sleep with or date in 100 years. Would you still chat him up and be friendly with him? Would you befriend him and hang out with him and spend time with him?

I'm trying to settle an argument... I think women don't befriend guys they can't see themselves ever dating and the ones that do are attention whores and just want the attention.

My friend disagrees.. what can you tell me ladies?

I have 2 daughters, and they enjoy the trappings of girlyness (scented lotions, nail polish, etc. ) much more than I do.
But the shoe thing baffles me. I have large, wide feet that are difficult to fit. Consequently, I have only a few pairs of shoes (maybe a dozen, all told). One of my daughters has feet like mine and also has just a few pairs of shoes. The other daughter has average feet, can wear anything off the rack and she is a shoe fanatic! Earlier today she was playing on the computer and I heard her squeal quite intensely. I went to her and asked what caused her to make that noise and she pointed to a pair of shoes on the monitor. "Can I buy these...look, they are on sale!"
So, my question is...how did my daughter develop a shoe craze when her sister and I are not what you would call "shoe people." Are there subliminal messages in our society to encourage girls to buy shoes?

Why all the juvenile hatred of feminism? And why the insults instead of arguments? I could see if someone disagreed with what a feminist said could post a question, but many people on here post these really immature and spiteful remarks with no reason whatsoever.

I'm a pretty gorgeous guy and whenever I talk to women they just stare at my biceps. They don't even look me in the eyes. Sometimes they even sit down to get a better view of my package. Its so ackward.. especially if I'm not attracted to these women.

I'm like.. come on! My eyes are up here!

I think its rude.. I'm not a piece of meat.. I'm a human being

You know that double standard between guys and girls? That men can sleep around but women can't?

It annoys me that a lot of women are so quick to get mad about that double standard when they are the ones perpetuating it. Constantly calling other girls that they dislike "promiscuous" if you get what I mean. If you hate the stereotype then stop using these negative words.

It's no ones business who sleeps with who so long as the people are safe and smart about it. I don't sleep around personally but it isn't my place to judge.

This is further to a question on whether people believe in soul mates. Many don't believe in soul mates because there's no scientific proof in souls and, therefore, soul mates. What about love?

does this create a more fulfilling partnership?neither partner being the inferior counterpart but simply to help strengthen the bond of the relationship by asserting different roles?is this idea of submission quite wise at least in the most idealistic sense ie.a man of integrity, good character and well educated and a woman of similar virtue?does it only become an issue when it comes to people of lower socio economic status, less educated which abuse the principle behind it leading to domestic violence and a life of slavish compliance to men who don't love them for the women.surely this idea was perhaps written not just as an oppressive idea but was for the application of the most regal and honourable individuals?as with all divine doctrine however it is human beings in themselves that have perverted it through their own ignorance and lack of personal discipline and spiritual responsiblity.surely it came from good intent not just an attempt by the patriarchy to stamp on women?

Many men are becoming vary of how the system is stacked against them, engagin in trickery to dodge the silver bullet which marriage and responsibility has become, not few getting a vasectomy avoiding beeing trapped in child support. If a woman of legal age engages in sex with a minor resulting in a child, the child is still obligated to pay child support.
Is there a trend of women going underage ? I came across several cases now. How big is this phenomenon ? Is it a couple of dozen cases or are several thousands of women exploiting young boys ?

There's this chick I know who is not really a feminist, but she holds to some feminist ideals. She looks a little bit like Sarah Silverman, problem is she has this moustache so in fact she looks more like Sarah Silverman morphed with the face of Tom Selleck. Thus defeating the purpose of my agreeing to be alone with her covering her mouth with my hand long enough for me to objectify her. Anyway I'm not agreeing to it unless the moustache goes.

How do I tell her she might be half attractive if she shaved that moustache without offending her volatile feminist sensibilities and having her scream about sexual harassment, rape etc.

Also if she hasn't shaved her moustache what are the chances her legs aren't shaved either? Should I preempt this concern and tell her they'd better be, or do I just run away from her apartment if I find out they are later?

I thought you'd be the girls to ask. Cheers. Advice from trolls also welcome as always :)

According to me:
As men are stronger physically, women are stronger mentally.
Men control their emotions as women leave out emotions (cry etc)
Men are more emotionally involved in relationships.......... where women want to control and head the relationship...
Many may not agree with me but go ahead and put across your thoughts instead of disagreeing with me.

I am a late 30s old spinster handmaid. Where I work I love to provide outstanding service to my customers. I've had women customers comment to me saying: "Oh, you'll get married soon, and you'll see that special someone." Or another one I worked for said out of the blue: "Don't worry, you'll find the right one." You won't be single for long."

I mean that is nice and all but they just say it out of the blue and for no reason. I can't stand it when people try to predict my future. Because I wouldn't predict someone elses. I would never say it to a unmarried girl. Obviously she is unmarried for a good reason. Your thoughts.......

In relation to this question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ahman8FhoaVoJZ1lww2mKpzsy6IX?qid=20070824090920AA9qnxo it is obvious that most prefer allowing mothers the ability to abandon their newborn infant without any further responsibility whatsoever.
I’m just curious about the answers if the father chooses to abandon the baby and leaves it in the care of its mother.
Why should there be a difference?
If the answer is because the mother is more likely to kill the infant, then it is insane to give women custody.

Shouldn't permission of both parents be necessary before abandoning a baby in such a manner?

And if so , how did it effect you? It seems there's a lot of talk about how children suffer when there's not a stay at home parent. But both my parents worked and I never had a problem with it. Then again it was only a couple hours between when I got home and when they did, so my own activities and interests pretty much filled the time. What was your experience?

Is this concept a contradiction of equality.

Does it reaffirm the fact that women who live on alimony are actually unable to sustain themselves and are dependant on a man for their existance?

What is the basis for demanding alimony?

Is it the cost recoverable for the time spent together and the intimacy shared?

She is that kind... opinionated, uploaded and downloaded, multi-tasker, ahead of the curve, high profile, wireless, and tireless girl. Should I pretend to be a sensitive new age guy or just my regular macho self? I know nice guys never get any, but if you tell me its gonna work, I'll do it. I have successfully pretended to be so many things before. Please dont judge or moralize, just tell me what to act like to ensure some action. Thank you in advance ladies...

p.s. i cant believe they suspended me!
