The one who wears the biggest bra.

Seriously, the independant one. You don't want to domininate your wife, you want to share your life with her.

A good question. I would go for the independant but honest if I was not making lots of money and she had to work as well. If I was mega-rich, I'd take the submissive yet manipulative. I could afford body-guards to protect me from her wiles. I could also get good usage of the various belts and whips that I have in my bedroom.

I refuse to turn my life over to the government voluntarily.
As long as marriage laws can become enacted retroactively, marriage is nothing but a trap for men, regardless the 'type' of woman he marries.
Marriage is a contract where one party can violate the terms and be rewarded while the innocent can abide by all the rules and still be punished.

Men in marriage can only lose. If they want to stay married, they have to lose their masculinity, if not, they lose everything else.

Marry? Neither. For similar reasons that phil#3 stated. I may stick around for a while if they're fun, though.

Either/both would be fine with me.
