Many men are becoming vary of how the system is stacked against them, engagin in trickery to dodge the silver bullet which marriage and responsibility has become, not few getting a vasectomy avoiding beeing trapped in child support. If a woman of legal age engages in sex with a minor resulting in a child, the child is still obligated to pay child support.
Is there a trend of women going underage ? I came across several cases now. How big is this phenomenon ? Is it a couple of dozen cases or are several thousands of women exploiting young boys ?

Simone no in fact there are not laws to stop this. Quite the opposite. The law expressly says that the woman violating the law and sleeping with a minor doesnt protect the child from having to pay child support.

Simone one thing you can do is walk up to your sons teacher and tell them you would kill her if she did something like that to your son. On the other hand she is your sons teacher and you want him to be graded fairly. Hmmmm. Marry a mafiosi they are usually pretty good at sorting out this sort of thing :))

Yeah I know it's pretty weird eh. Sort of like they can't sucker an adult into going along with their plans so they sucker a teenager who doesn't know any better yet.
I've seen hundreds of cases in the last five years. Not sure about thousands though.

It is against the law for a thirty year old woman to sleep with a 14 yr. old boy. She should be prosecuted and subsequently incarcerated. Someone else will have to raise that child. Usually a close relative as, for instance, the boy's mother. With a relative raising the child, that person will be primarily responsible for the child financially. Child support is usually set in an amount that does not pose a hardship to the man but is a fair amount for the care of the child.
Child support is money for the child, not the mother. The child should not have to suffer the consequences of poverty simply because of the circumstances of his birth. The boy also has other parental rights, the right to know and love his child and to be a part of that child's life. Possibly even to raise that child when he becomes an adult.
Do you know, Cass, that it is illegal to threaten the life of another? I see you are still reacting emotionally to issues without researching or giving serious thought to your questions.

According to federal law, it is illegal for anyone more than 4 years older than an underage child age 12 to age 16 to have sex with them.
Support of children of such a union is one reason it's illegal. Kids are not capable of giving informed consent, so such sex is properly defined as rape. No-one can be required to be responsible for children they were raped to create.

this whole thing makes me sick. there is indeed a trend of women going for underage boys.
i think part of the problem is that us boys are too easy. i'm 19 and most guys around my age(myself included) are really turned on by older women in their 30s and 40s. i don't think many of them would pass up an opportuniy to have sex with an older woman. teenage girls, on the other hand, don't even consider guys over 25. they're always obsessing over the really young looking boys.
i think that these boys who are messing around with older women should think about how they're going to feel when they're 30 and all the women their age are turning them down and going for the 16 year olds.
really, guys in their teens should just stop looking at older women just like girls in their teens don't look at older men. these sick women should learn the hard way to stick to men and leave the boys alone.

What does your first sentence have to do with the rest of your question?
With respect to women/underage boys: I think the double standard applies. As a society, we more readily protect the girls/women before the boys/men. The favoritism persists into adulthood and has even found its way into our legislation (eg, Title VII, VAWA).

sorry if i don't buy into the pity party. Men are the ones who go around trying to get women to sleep with them and then taking off. So now you have to worry about snagging an underaged girl or getting a girl pregnant. Boohoo.
How about keeping it in your pants and waiting for a trusting relationship? How about that? And i know a lot of men who have done just that because they don't want to end up with children. If you take responsibility for your life and actions, you wouldn't worry about a woman determining your reproductive fate

Good grief, aren't there laws in place to stop this?
I'd hate my sons to get older and have to deal with that sort of strife O_o
How do you protect your kids against that sort of thing as a parent?
