I think they better have their husband's permission, wouldn't you agree?

Umm, well, it should be considered the same as a married man kissing another woman romantically, or a married woman kissing a man romantically. Cheating is cheating, whether there's sex involved or not.

Well obviously the husbands 'permission' wouldn't go astray, but if the wife didn't allow the husband the right to kiss men, well that's just silly!
But seriously, regaurdless of the sex, it's still 'cheating' and I bellive that this question undermines all of the things that feminists and queers have fought for over the last two centuaries.

Actually, yes. I would. I forgot what the teachinical term was for it, but I believe it's when someone has both a boyfriend and a girlfriend. Usually it would be cheating and/or two-timing, even for someone bisexual. But if the person has permission from he or her original partner, then it's not cheating. So if the wife has permission, there is nothing wrong with. I find nothing wrong with dating two people, but I do and always will have find it wrong fro someone married to have more then one husband or wife. It is just immoral in my eyes

I think it's just fine if a married woman kisses her female partner that she considers her spouse.

Otherwise, a woman doesn't need permission, but she should respect the arrangement she's made with her husband-either remain monogamous as agreed, or go for it, if they've agreed to be non-monogamous.

It would hurt me the same as if it was another man she was kissing. but me and my wife to be have made promises to one another and are telling each other that we are exclusive to each other only. She would not put up with fooling around from me and thus would not expect me to from her.

PS. to you who are asking , what is wrong with a women kissing another women and that you do it as if there is no problem. he did not ask about women kissing women as friends and family here , he asked what do we thank of the wife kissing another women ROMANTICALLY, that is not the same thing.

Anyone who is married who kisses another person in a romantic fashion, unless it is considered an "open" marriage, is cheating and completely disregarding and disrespecting the marriage vows.

If it's the kind of arrangement the husband and wife have in their marriage, then there is nothing wrong with it...but if you're asking whether or not kissing a woman is equal to kissing a man as far as cheating, yes.

I think that it is adultery and if he gives permission he is promoting it.

It is not right. Period. Unless you are in a polygamous situation, you are married to each other. ANY third, of either gender in any combination, therefore, is going against vows, whether the man wishes it or not.

AND TO MAKE THIS FAIR, SANDY...

I would not like to see my husband kissing another man either. For the same reasons.

I think that ... OMG, THROW HER IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.

What is the issue with kissing? It's a frickin' kiss - and with another woman? I've often kissed my female friends while drunk. Yes, I suppose the wife and husband should certainly have an agreement that they're not going to randomly kiss other people of either sex. But I don't know ... it depends on how the husband feels about it - and how the wife feels about it. Open relationships can work just fine with two mature partners.
