"In either of the case above, there was no malicious intent, but that’s not always the case. You must know of examples in which you were LURED INTO WANTING ATTENTION, especially as children. But sometimes the people who lure you, LURE YOU INTO TROUBLE. There is another aspect of it (I think female children use the tactic more than males do). Suppose you’re a female student at a school. This ONE POPULAR GIRL is VERY FRIENDLY WITH YOU. But after you feel comfortable around her, she goes off and SPENDS TIME WITH THE MAJORITY OF THE OTHER STUDENTS, because THAT’S WHAT BEING POPULAR IS ALL ABOUT! But she IGNORES YOU. So what may happen is that YOU MAY NOT FEEL REJECTED ONLY BY HER, BUT BY THE OTHERS, AS WELL. You must not fall for that, and here's the best way not to: you must realize that this girl does this only to feel important. It’s a weakness, and realizing this will help you to be less controlled by your own weaknesses. "

Especially, explain the behaviour of the popular one.

Although I notice that American society is very sexually open, it is shocking to find that the people who are most open and experienced about sex are the big, bad guys & the hot-looking women. The remainder of the people are either too naive to know all about sex, or are too religious about it.

Don't you wish that ALL Americans knew more about sex & are able to judge when to have a relationship and when to have some fun? And rather than putting a "ban" on sex outside marriage, would it not help if the govt. instead decided to help educated ALL Americans about sex & relationships - that way would be the best to vastly reduce or prevent STDs?

Because if only the “big” guys can have all the sexual fun they want, most likely they will also carry “big” STDs......LOL

I am 29/F and I recently met a man whom I thought was about 26 yrs old. I found out after we exchanged numbers he is only 23. He has a good job and personality and seems to be leveled headed. However, I feel odd dating someone 6 yrs younger because I never have before. I have dated guys the same age and up and they were immature anyway.
My concern is that he is younger and in time when he reaches my age he may not want to be with an older woman.
I am just wondering if there is anyone who thinks a relationship can be successful if an older woman dates a younger man?

Why are some people so obsessive with alfalfa? My landlord always have at least dozen of boxes that aflalfa grow in. She rarely make any meals that doesn't have alfalfa. She and few of her friends have a get together where they share various alfalfa recipes. She even have a bottle that have a pills made out of alfalfa (I didn't read the whole thing).

I use to know few other people who were similar way.

I don't understand what is it with alfalfa? What's so special about them?

Is there really life after death and what evidence is there to support it that science won't refute (such as the tunnel of light which could be a trick of the brain). My father, sister, and first born daughter are dead and I just curious about whether or not life ends at death. Please be honest with your answers. Thank you

Unfortunately I am forced to be part of a surrounding where I find some people often behave in a surprisingly stupid way. I have faced problem due to their inefficiency and stupidity. The problem is most of the time I remain angry to such an extent that I have lost mental peace. Can anybody guide me how to get myself adjusted in such a society? I am ambitious and expect everybody to be sincere in his/her duty--but this is India and you know you have to suffer because of their insincerity--I am sure every Indian has lots of experiences (in West Bengal particularly). Most of my friends also face same situations as I do but they do not seem to go mad even though they are aware that many malpractices exist here. Why is my reaction not like theirs? What is the secret of their mental peace? I am not arrogant at all. Is it wrong to expect that everybody will be fair and courteous to me? I hope you understand my problem. Please suggest some methods to get rid of this problem.

Note: I said most, not all. Even 51% would be something to reckon with, but I think it's more like 70% or more. If feminists would like to win the hearts and minds of the average thinking man, this is a difficult area. The taste for bad boys and the desire to be "taken care of" range with these women both in manifestation and degree, but the existence of both in a woman who demands respect comes off as uttlerly ludacris to most guys. This IS a big portion of today's women's movement, answering questions like mine. You might like to think it's all about equal pay for equal work, equal choices, reproductive rights and other (more quantifiable/legal) issues, but it's not. Would you have more thoughtful, powerful men rallying for these issues by your side if you paid more attention to concepts similar to the one in my question? I think so.

I mean people say Black on Black violence has to stop, 1 moment, how about black on white violence has to stop, no wait here's one, how about violence has to stop. Black on black violence, there's a term for it, is there any difference, is it ok than for blakc on white violence to take place, it's just like saying murdering men has to stop, what about women.

cant bear to see other people happy, or somebody grinning? and when you do see that it triggers feelings of anger and rage.
im 29 waiting for therapy, i dont have any friends or i have never been involved with any girls. i experience loneliness everyday. and i have problems with rage, low moods, social problems, discovering and maintaining relashionships .i put up barriers because ive been hurt in my life so much. i feel bitter and angry when i see someone happy and grinning from ear to ear, and it appears to come easy to them.
has anyone else ever felt shut out of society like this? and have anger and resentment at other people giggling, grinning and being happy?
why should i be happy, when i myself live a lonely, isolated life, battling with mental health problems? im physically ageing, i have nothin to feel happy about....then you see someone happy, revealing glistening gums, and wide smiles and grins.
it makes me frustrated and angry, clenching my teeth real tight

Right, I am doing this for some firneldy words-
At school, I "play" a character, that is definately not me, because of lack of confidence. This "character" is really over the top, and like a comedy creation. I do this to mask deep insecurities within myself. I think I am ugly, and sound stupid when I talk. Has anyone else felt like this?

Thanks
