Yeppers, used to all the time when I was younger, I think all people do. In psychology class we studied Jung and he called that persona's. Or the masks that we put on for people so they don't know the real us or worse see that we cannot stand who we are. Took me a long time to get through my insecurities, and I am still doing it at the age of 30. In the morning when ya wake up say, "I love myself!" At first you will think it is stupid but like anything else you get used to it. Funny thing is when I started doing it I realized that I would say I love you to my parents and my husband but I didn't say it to myself? Then I thought that maybe if I kept saying it I would start believing it, because that was the real problem, I didn't believe in me and didn't believe that I deserved to be loved. Remember we are much harder on ourselves than we are on others.

Learning self love is a great tool of life. It's harder for people who are younger, but it is attainable. Be true to the things in your life that derive great pleasure for you. Do those things. The beauty that lies deep within the things that make you feel whole will build your confidence. When you're happy, others will see you happy and gravitate toward you. You'll begin to understand how what you can do impacts the rest of your world. When we learn that we are valuable enough to be loved unconditionally, it's a very powerful gift. Give it to yourself.

I think everyone does this love, I always play a rather confident, flirty person but I'm not like that. It's good that you give yourself a better outwards appearance, you don't want to just stand in the corner hiding all the time do you? Don't worry about it.

Depends on what age you are. I suppose your a teen and going through that age when your body is altering and developing. You will soon find your confidence and be happy being you - don't worry about it I bet most of the kids in your school feel exactly the same way.

Oh yeah...I do, your not the only person there are many actors In the world that played parts they didn't like like for example Jeremy Irons when he did Dungeons & Dragons: The Movie he didn't like the script, the only motivation he had for that moive was a pay check that what made him do this film.

I use to do this SO much.
But then I realised over a period of a few years... that if no one accepts you for who you are.. why are they even worth bothering about??
You are who you are.
You put on a persona to protect yourself, + in this cruel society I don't blame you, but you're probably alot stronger than you actually think.
I bet you're not ugly either, I bet your absolutly gorgeous but just are too blinded my your other insercurities to even realise it.
Be yourself and be proud.
Good luck love.

i use to be very insecure u just have to learn to be happy with yourself and not to care what people think. more than likely the person next to u has the same problem. feel confident in yourself and it will be no bother to u. get someone you feel comfortable and confident around to practice with you then it might help u feel better more into your role
