to use it has doggie tracks printed on the toilet paper, and at roughly every five sheets is a cartoon drawing of a dog. Parents are instructed to teach their children to follow the tracks and then tear off at the dog.

Otherwise, the toilet paper is the same paper used in other Cottonelle products.

Do you think this is a good idea or no so good? And if your children use this system do they like it?

Ok here is the deal I have a 2 1/2 yr old and during the day he does great on the whole potty idea. He will stay dry all day but does go to the potty when he needs to and he does not use a potty chair that sits on the toliet but he stands to do his thing and sits to do the other. It is at night where we are having the problem. He (son) will not get up to go to the potty and we (hubby and I) wake him up before we go to sleep and have him go then but it is sometime during the middle of the night he goes on himself and is wet the next morning. half the time he wears pull ups and sometimes he wears underwear. So any advice would be great! Please dont tell me to get rid of the pull ups becuase I know that and I am trying that is why I am here asking for some advice.
Thanks in advance for all of your advice.

My 3 year old son stutters at the beginning of his sentence. He doesn't do it all of the time, mostly when he is excited or mad. Once he gets the beginning of the sentence out, the rest of it comes out fine. He talks very plain and you can understand everything he says. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem and if there is anything I can do to help correct it before school next year.

I don't know if any of you remember, but I want to buy my partner's son some books, and I remember as a child, to me the best book ever was about the skeletons, the father and son (I think they were, was a big one and a little one) and I think that every story would start "in a dark dark room, of a dark dark house" etc but would always start similar,

Does anyone remember the name of the books?

She generally only has a bottle at night as she goes to sleep but will cry herself to sleep if she doesn't get it. What is the average age a kid stops drinking from a baby bottle?

My 2-year-old son is REALLY shy. If we go the playground and there is even one other kid playing on the far opposite side of the play equipment he won’t set foot on it. He shies away from other kids entirely. Even if they are much younger. He’s frightened of people in our home. If his aunt or uncle comes over (whom he’s seen on many occasions) he’ll run and hide or try to climb into a cabinet to escape their “piercing eyes”. Both my husband and I were very shy as children and I read somewhere that shyness can be genetic.(?) I feel terrible that he has so little contact with other children, but we’ve tried everything. He even has a little cousin his age and we had about 4 play dates until we had to stop because our little guy would scream and cry and cling to us and say “home, home, home, mommy please home” (as we met in the park since he is so upset by visitors in our home) and it just got worse with each visit. Not better. Worse. Help! What are your thoughts?

Could this be the reason why she snores? She isn't sick or anything, but when I look at her throat it seems like her tonsils are bigger than normal. Should I be worried about that?

I was at the pool the other day with my mest friend and her 2 1/2 year old daughter. The little girl made friends with a little boy about her age, and he had some older siblings or cousins that were around him. We were lying in the sun while the little girl played with the other kids in a grassy area a few feet away. All of the sudden I looked up, and my niece was standing in the middle of the older kids, had her bathingsuit pulled down to her waist. I pointed it out to my friend, who told her daughter to pull up her bathingsuit. All the older kids started giggling and covering their faces. My friend asked her daughter why she had pulled down her bathingsuit down, and she told us, "See those kids? They wanted to see." She wouldn't say anything else.
My friend seemed to think it was no big deal and just told her daughter to stop playing with them. I felt like we should have gone over there and yelled at the kids or told their parents. It just seemed creepy to me. Am I overreacting?
