This question is more for the females but any guys who think they might have an anwser...be my guest? My lady has been feeling stressed ,and don't get me wrong, I usually can lift up her day. But now that shes pregnant, she's more sensitive and emotional. Any tips on how I could make her feel better?

I have laid down, propped them above heart level, drank LOTS of water, tried ice and heat, and even massage. I cannot get them to go down even a little after 6 hours. Anything else I can try?

Me and my husband have bin trying for a baby, since last tuesday believe it or not LOL! And bin trying everyday since.
Ive bin feeling a little tired, with headaches, heartburn and felt sick with dizzyness
are these signs? or is it too early to tell?

i am pretty close to my due date couple of days left. my doctor had september13 as my due date but it cchanged to sepember 23 later. but when the test results were take my test came positive for down syndrome 1:110. they said change of due date changes the results. but they never took it again because in order to qualify the difference had to be 14 days. they took the result as september 13. i am getting really scared now because so close to the birth process. give me some words of reassurance. i am so afraid its taking over my other happiness. i want to enjoy it more. any of u mothers had this happen?

As of this week, I am about 9 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing cramps since the beginning and over the last couple of weeks have resorted to using a heating pad on my stomach. I have kept the temperature at the lowest and it is one of those ones that shut off after a certain amount of time. Is this bad and should I be worried enough to go and see my doctor and let him know.

I know this sounds like a CRAZY question.
My husband and I currently have about $2,800 in credit card debt. We are also expecting our first child at the end of January '08.
Has anyone else out there gone into first time parent hood with credit card debt?
If so, was your debt like mine? Or worse? Or better?
We only pay about $200 a month to it and I know, with a baby in our lives, that may be less... but I guess I just needed a pep talk. We are working hard at paying it off and saving money at the same time, but.... I feel like I should be debt free when the baby arrives and that's not going to happen!!!!

It feels like I have a bowling ball in my pelvis the last couple days. But it's 3 weeks to my due date! Could he really hang out in that position for that long, or am I likely to go into labor early?

Hello!! I'm currently 21 wks pregnant! & 21 years old!!...I had the strangest dream last night.. I was in labor!! & it was as scary as hell!! I know this is what womens bodies do, i know we all can.. but can i really? i was just SOOO scared, you have no idea, i mean, i think i will pass out with the very 1st contraction! i consider myself a strong woman.. but sometimes i feel this is too much!

i am very happy about this baby.. i just started to feel him kick.. It's wonderful..but i'm like a little girl so scared!! & i've dreamed about this before.. & i was just as scared.. i don't know what to do! i know i sound like a child..! & if i tell my husband this he wont understand & my mom would say ''see??? you are too young for this, you should have waited'' it is probably true but this pregnancy was not planned.. This baby will be very loved thou =]

Am i the only one who feels like this?

I've read all over the internet that at 24 weeks your uterus should be 1 inch - 2 inches above the 'navel' and my uterus is definitely way above that! (It's right under the ribcage; I've even seen my little one kicking from the outside there!) Doctor measured me 2 weeks ago and thinks I am probably farther along than what we've been going off of and will schedule for another ultrasound soon to check. Just want some opinions on this! :) I've had 3 U/S already! 2 due dates so far...

i think i might have had a miscarriage but i'm not sure. i had all of the symtoms of one and now i'm having really really bad stomach pains and (i know this is gross) brown discharge with an odor coming out of me. when i go to urinate, it hurts really really bad. i've been kind of sick lately but the dr. didn't know what was wrong with me. do you think i had a miscarriage and still have some left in me that's causing infection?

Ok, I'm due on 9/21 (tomorrow) and I woke up in the middle of the night and i noticed my sweat pants i slept in were wet. I thought maybe i just had urine leakage. so I changed.....I woke up 2 hours later and my panties were soaked. So i changed again......About 4 hours later I seen clear mucus in my panties (i lost a bloody mucus plug 2 weeks ago as well). DO YOU THINK THE WETNESS WAS MY WATER BREAKING OR JUST PEE??? I called the doctor's office and i was told that if it was my water i would still be leaking and not to worry. I am having some pain on and off. Should I not worry and not think it was my water breaking???

9/17 Mon, I had a blood test and Ultrasound at 5 weeks and a day pregnant. Ultrasound showed that I have a "sac" but they couldn't see anything inside(no baby..) and I had another blood test on 9/19 Wed, my blood test results(hCG level) are first one(9/17) was 1312, and second one(9/19) was 3181. I was worrying about blighted ovum a little. as you see this hCG levels i still have a high chance to have blighted ovum? I don't have any bleeding but sometime mild cramps.

So I had my period Aug 1st- 5th. Had unprotected sex everyday for a week or so after. Im having signs of breast pain and heaviness, bloating around the bellybutton, and mild cramping. All has been goin on for a couple days. Is this a good sign that Im pregnant and is the cramping cause by implantation? Please help, I shouldnt get my next period until the 28th or so.

I am 38 wks pregnant and 2 days ago I had sex with my husband...like 3 hours later i started having contractions but they were coming every 2 minutes and baby was moving a lot, I didn't know if I was in labor so I decided to wait and I did,the contractions stopped after 2 hours and I was a little worried. Did this happen because I had sex with my husband? And if it happens again should I go to the emergency room? Thanks
