ITS NORMAL AT THIS POINT YOU ARE BEGINNING TO ACTUALLY FEEL PREGNANT AND YOUR BABY IS DEVELOPING. WHICH MAKES YOU TIRED. I WOULD GO TO THE MALL AND WALK FOR 3 MINUTES AND I WOULD FEEL TIRED BUT NOW IM FINE IT JUST TAKES SOME GETTING USED TO YOUR WEIGHT

Yep. I'm 9 weeks and live upstairs in an apartment. I carry my daughter (2 1/2 years old) up and down all the time. Now, I get out of breath. I think it has to do with your body taking so much energy for the baby and increasing blood and hormones and that's why we're tired too.

I feel the same way and I'm going to be 10 weeks tomarrow. I try to rest, but if I do any sort of physical activity, walk or play with my puppies (dogs) I get sick. I don't know how much rest you are getting, but I would try taking naps during the day.

As your belly grows, it pushes up on your diaphragm. It causes all of your organs to redistribute. Your lungs do not have as much room to expand.
