Anything containing Ibprophen or Asprin is a No-No during pregnancy especially at the very beginning and towards the end but it shouldnt' be taken at all. If you think you may be pregnant Tylenol is your only option unless your Dr prescribes something else (like Tylenol with codeine is sometimes given).
I did take Ibprophen in early pregnancy with my first as I didn't know I was pregnant and I took it everyday but I am lucky nothing happened because of it and the Dr warned me that it could cause complications including problems with the placenta and possibly even a miscarriage.

You should not take anything but Tylenol for headaches or pain. Aspirin and Ibuprophen can make blood thinner and cause excessive bleeding - which could be a big problem if something goes wrong and you deliver early. Also, it is not known how safe Ibuprophen is during pregnancy as far as birth defects go.

Yep it's safe if you don't have tylenol on hand. Aspirin is a "no no" but I'm pretty sure ibuprophen in fine...

Motrin is ibuprofen.
Stick with Tylenol, unless your doctor gives you permission to use ibuprofen. Avoid aspirin as well, it's a blood thinner.

Ibuprofen has been linked to a heightened rate of miscarriage. You should just stick with Tylenol (acetaminophen). Good luck.

I asked my Dr. and he said ONLY Tylenol. Nothing else cause they could harm the baby.

tylenol is it, unless your dr reccomends something else. Asprin, motrin, and ibuprofen can cause bleeding problems.
