bleeding a day dont know whats wrong?

i came on my cycle on the 12 of the month and went off on the 15 today i went to use the bathroom i wipe myself and seen a light faint of blood mixed with brownish what can this be?

It could be implantation bleeding if there is a possibility of you being pregnant. Sex can also cause spotting if the cervix is slightly injured. If not, I would see the doctor about more serious things, like a kidney infection, or cervical, ovarian, or uterine cancer.
