It could be your water "leaking."
When I went into labor with my oldest, my water never "broke"...it just sort of leaked out like you are describing. I also got the "brush off" from my OB when I called, but I kept calling every couple of hours and persisting until she finally told me to come into the office and she would check things out. When I went in I was dilated to a 2 (and increased to a 3 while she was checking me!), having contractions and I WAS loosing amniotic fluid. She told me to go straight to labor and delivery and check in! My son was born ten hours later :)
I would call my doctor back and ask to come in for a check if it were me :)

Wear a pad and smell it (gross, I know). Your amniotic fluid is clear and has no odor. Your urine smells like, well urine, and will have some color.
When my water broke it was far more dramatic and there was NO question about it. However I have friends who had just a small amount come out.
I guess I'd trust your doctor's office but it seems like a lot of fluid to attribute to urine, especially if you haven't had this previously.

You need to call your doctor ASAP. They need to know if you're ruptured. The longer you are ruptured without going into labor and delivering baby, the higher the risk becomes that you could get an infection. There's no rush to deliver the baby, but they might want to start antibiotics if you go longer than 24 hours ruptured.
Don't wait, call now!

Go to the hospital and have them test your birth canal for amniotic fluid - when my water was broke by the doctor my niece's head was so low in my cervix that she was sealing off fluid leakage..( i was a surrogate obviously) i had to get up and move around for 3 hours before water leaked out
Good luck

I would suggest calling the maternity ward, from my experience I would say these are your waters breaking. The Maternity Ward may want you to go to examine you as if these are your waters breaking, you may be prone to infection, however I'm not a nurse and the best thing to do is call your Doctor/Nurse straight away....Good Luck!

Did you smell it? If it doesn't smell like urine, I would go to the doctor/hospital. (I actually would have went when I woke up soaking wet). Even though you aren't having any pain, you could still be in early labor. When my water broke, it didn't all leak at one time. It came in spurts.

Lay on your back. Flat on your back for about 20-30 minutes. I know it is uncomfortable, but it's a good way to check. If it is amniotic fluid, then it will pool in your vagina while you are laying down. If you stand up and walk around for a few minutes afterwards it will trickle down.

It sounds like you may have broken your water, but don't worry. the slow leak just means that it broke up high on the womb. If it had broken down low, you would have a gush of water. If it is still happening tomorrow with no signs of labour... I'd get check out, make sure the baby is okay.
Rest up and eat a good meal... you're in for a real work-out!!

you may be leaking amniotic fluid already. if you're not sure, got to your doctor and get checked. they could test the fluid to find out if it is indeed amniotic fluid. if you dry up inside, it could be dangerous for your baby. even if you're due date is 9/21, you may give birth a couple of days early. congratulations!
