I am 18 weeks and I know I am overweight but should I still have my "middle bend" mark. Shouldn't my belly be just one smooth bump instead of a bump on the bottom and and bump on the top. Sorry I don't have a picture but to better describe it when you sit you get this bend in your stomach about where your waist is making it look like you have a rope tied around the middle of your belly.

I am 7 weeks pregnant. For 2-4 days I had a brown discharge. Today I am having the brown discharge along with blood. It is like a period. I saw a few clots that are kinda small. I am having a little bit of pain in my side but not to much. I called the Dr and he set up an apt for Tuesday. Until then I was just wondering if anyone had the same thing and if they miscarried or had a healthy baby.

One childhood friend passed away after childbirth b/c of an infection that entered her bloodstream when they had to cut her to make room for the baby.. Another friend who had that same cut said the recovery was awful and took a long time. My sister had a c-section and had complications in recovery. I'm very very scared. Any advice any of you can share?

like food and stuff *** up.. is that normal i do have a docs appt tommorrow i am curious though before i go
and lately i have been hving mild cramps and my bbt is always around 99.2 and also i have this weird feeling in my stomach and my breasts are sore and nipples are sore and i have been nauses on and off and i havent been into sex is this normal??

am "leaking" (or whatever to call it) a fluid that is like water, but it looks like the color of skim milk.... the watered down milk look. (kind of hard to explain!) what could this be? i go to my OB tomorrow afternoon, but i'm hoping for an answer before that, just to clear my mind. I noticed this "leaking"/discharge last night, my underwear were constantly staying wet/damp, so i used a mirror to look "down there" and see, and thats when i saw it as this milky white liquid.

Sorry for the dumb question, just hoping someone knows what it is.

do you suggest I do while in the hospital for all that time to keep myself busy/distracted from any pain/discomfort I may be feeling? It's my first time and I really had planned on waiting until the LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT to go into the hospital after labor began but since I'm getting induced I will not have this luxury...Please give me ideas

Just looking for some encouragement. I have been told I have trouble ovulating, and on top of that I was diagnosed with a high amount of anti-sperm antibodies that are killing off the sperm. However, last may i did conceive...unfortunately i misscarried. Just wanted to hear some positive stories from anyone out there.

MY PERIOD IS MORE THAN 12 DAYS LATE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN UNDER ANY STRESS.


I HAVE BEEN HAVING PAINS IN MY STOMACH(NOT AS SEVERE AS CRAMPS) AND ALSO I HAVE HAD A LOT OF GAS FOR SOME REASON.

I FEEL KINDA BLOATED AND MY BOOBS ARE A LITTLE SORE--- BUT THAT COULD BE IN MY HEAD .

ONE THING FOR SURE I FEEL NAUSEOUS, BUT I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT IS COMING UP.

i've heard people say "thats a knee" or " there goes his elbow across my belly" or "shes pushing her butt up against the front". mine moves constantly.......i call him "lumpy" because he seems to always be curled up in one spot but occassionaly i will feel something roll across my tummy. i can't tell what it is. and when he "kicks" (only description i can use) i don't know if thats a punch or an actual kick with his foot or a knee or his butt. can anyone really tell what it is thats flipping around? i'm 34 weeks, is it something that becomes more identifiable in a few weeks?

Hello everyone. I go in tomorrow for my 7th month visit, and i'm really having bad back pains, and after work i get really bad tummy cramps, and pains. Can anyone tell me what the doc will do for this, or if there something i can take besides tylenol cause that does nothing for me. also i have my glucose (sp?) tomorrow, and how long does it take to get the results back on that? I'm a bit nervous this time around cause i started off a bit over weight. One more thing on the back pain i'm only 27 weeks, and i know it will get worse, but do they put you on bed rest for that? It's so bad sometimes i can't sleep. Thanks for your help!

I've always been small and embarrassed that i have no breast i can say they have gotten fuller but no growth will i be able to breastfeed i'm only 18 and this is my first baby i hope he takes it i want that bonding experience but just curious ? i know hes not going to be premie my doctor says he already weighs about 6 and a half pounds please help any advice would be helpful thanks have a great afternoon

alright this is gonna be long...so im exactly 10 weeks late of period...i cant buckle my pants anymore my boobs are amazing full...lol...i have this big blah looking like im extremely bloated...my face is glowing( so others say..) my feet are killing me and my back..i get this feeling im sick at late hours of the night...my husband says im PG...ive take a home test came out negative...i have this thing but...my mom with all three of her kids her home PG test came out negative until she went to go get a blood test ended up being 5 months...so can that be happening to me..i know you guys are gonna say go take a blood test...i cant im waiting for my insurance to kick in and if i go before that happens..the insurance may not cover the whole pregancay? so im asking wat is the percentage that i am...and wat do i do now in the mean time that im waiting..i am taking my pre-natal...i am eating healthy..wat happened to my mom be happening to me?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and was told today at urgent care that i have a UTI and kidney infection, so they prescribed macrodantin. The doctor assured me that its safe for a pregnant woman to take. The pharmacist said that its not something they normally prescribe for pregnant woman because they haventdone many studies on it. Im scared to take it, i called the OB and he said its OK to take, he was so rude and not even caring about my concerns which made me also feel unsafe about it. Has anyone taken macrodantin while pregnant and had problems or not had any problems? anyone heard anything about it? thanks so much =]

Prosteglandin gel anyones doctor use it? did it work? how many cm were you? the induction gel.
I got one dose a few days ago i was almost 2cm dilated before they gave it too me. Im measuring at 42 weeks and im only 41 weeks. The prosteglandin gel just gave me contractions for about an hour and the next day lost a little bit of my mucus plug. its been a few days since they gave me the gel and nothing has happend i get another dose tommarow should it work? I've tryd evreything too have this baby sex, cleaning, walking,black and blue cohosh, nippple stimulation, castor oil nothing is working ive tryd evreything help! Even rasberry tea! the baby hasnt even dropped?

We have been dating for 3 months now.. I'm 2 months pregnant! My boyfriend Shawn wanted kids before.. but now..he says he dont want any.. I been keeping this a secret, but I think I should tell him now.. He is 27 and I'm 26.. I don't know if I should get a abortion, consider adoption, or keep the baby.. Help me!! miscarriage 4 weeks ago on august 24, i did had sex 2 weeks after my miscarriage..all my syptoms went away after the fist week that i lost the baby..and now i feel the same way, with sore breast, headaches, nauseated, and morning sickness

Alright i have stretchmarks from pregnantcy, i am only 2 and half months though and they are visible. and i have gym (but i only try to stretch and sometime run but that is it because of the baby) and i have to change in the locker room and everyone laughs because of my stretchmarks (because they dont know im pregnent only teachers no) is there any safe way to get rid of them that WONT hurt the baby (i am 15)

Hi, I m 30 weeks pregnant, with my first (a boy!) and was wondering if my baby having the hiccups 1 or twice a day is normal?

Also at 30 weeks is it normal for him not to move around AS much as he used?

He seems to sleep whenever i sleep, could that just be his schedule?

with no heavy lifting of course. i'm talking about sweeping the floors. it has to be done. my husband helps alittle but not with the whole house cleaning. my daughter is a car rider for school and i have been taking her and i need to know if it will be fine as long as it is only 5 minutes away. i get my staples removed wednesday and had the c-section done on the 18.
