It is NEVER safe to have unprotected sex, unless you are with a long-term partner, you've both been tested for every STD known to man, and you are willing to run the risk of pregnancy. Unprotected sex with someone who hasn't been tested means you could catch HIV, or any manner of other nasties.

Certainly you are less likely to get pregnant, as you prob won't be ovulating, but it IS still possible. Not worth the risk love - if you've already done it, go get the morning after pill asap if poss. If you're in the UK, it's free from a doctor, or you can buy it from a chemists. The sooner you take it, the more effective it is, although it can be used up to 72 hours after sex.

It's never really safe to be having unprotected sex if you don't want STD's or to become pregnant. Sperm can live for up to eight days, so technically it could still be living up there in you by the time you ovulate, so I think you should pop down to the chemist and buy the morning after pill. It's better to be safe than sorry. I mean, the chances are reasonably slim, but do you want to be unlucky and pregnant? Probably not!

I doubt very so much that you simply obtained pregnant that time you had unprotected sex. Nonetheless when you had unprotected intercourse a month previous to this time it is possible. What by and large occurred was that the sex and hormonal flucitation brought on your interval to curb and stop. Nevertheless having unprotected intercourse you would have an STD, HIV, HPV. They are able to additionally motive problems together with your durations.

That is a total baby making day! Especially if you have shorter cycles. Mine are on average 26-28 days and I got pregnant the 3rd day after my period stopped. Even if you don't ovulate that day- sperm live for 3 days and some can live up to 5!

Bascially, there is no safe time to have sex. Your body could release an egg at any time. As the individual above me wrote, you can even get pregnant during your period because your body could release two eggs at once. Any time that you have sex, you need to be aware that you could potentially get pregnant. Your best bet is being on birth control all the time if you do not want to get pregnant.

Unprotected sex is NEVER good unless you're prepared to face the consequences (babies, STDs, HIV, etc etc). A minute up the chute, a lifetime, erm, up the chute. You get my point.
