You can pretty much get an ultrasound anytime, it just depends on the doctor. Some doctors have ultrasound machines in their office and do one for every visit; others give you a referral which you can take to the lab of your choice (the results will take longer, though). The cost will depend on your health insurance. If it's a private visit, you would need to call the facility and ask about their pricing, as there are different types of ultrasounds and the price would vary depending on where you live, and the type of ultrasound you want. Usually the 5th month. Although they are not always correct. They told me I was having a girl and I had a boy. The second time around they got it right they said I was having a girl and I had a girl. My friend had several ultra sounds and everytime the baby legs were crossed they couldn't tell.

well in my situation i am 18 weeks and 5 days and i found out the sex of my baby boy on friday and it was very clear what he was and it just depends what postion the baby is in it may be shy lol my little man was moving so much during the ultrasound though well hopefully i helped

between 16 to 20 weeks. I go in a few weeks and I will be 16 weeks when we find out... If the little one cooperates!

sometimes is baby is in a good posisition they can tell at 17 18 weeks but usually 20 weeks

I found out at 17weeks that my son was a boy and I go this Friday at 16 weeks for a 3d ultrasound to determine what this one is.

Now-a-days you can find out as early as 16 weeks. I have an appointment at 18w 5d to find out the sex of my baby!

It usually is around 20 weeks...but sometimes you get to find out sooner.I will get to go when I'm 18 weeks so hopefully I will find out then =)
