I wouldn't wait until Tuesday. Go to the emergency room to confirm that its not a miscairrage.

I did have some spotting around 5-6 weeks, but with no blood or clotting. I was OK....however from what you are describing I wouldn't even chance it until Tuesday. The brown discharge is just dried blood....but "fresh" blood is a little different. Clotting is way different too, you could be having a miscarriage and you don't need to be in a lot of pain either. Go to an emergency clinic that is open after hours or go to the hospital so that they can check your hormone levels. If your hormones are dropping it means you are having a miscarriage.

I have many stories I could tell you that happened to me. I would say the best thing to do is BED REST!! I wouldn't go doing anything crazy right now.
I miscarried 4 times before I had my daughter. I will give u some encouraging info.
When I first found out I was preg with my daughter I was 7 wks along and I walked out to my porch and blood just started pouring down my leg. Not a little ..... a LOT I had cramps and everything. I was so upset and couldn't believe I had another miscarriage.. Well I still kept my appt to make sure I passed everything and when they did the ultra sound there she was with a heart beat. I was told I a cyst popped or something. Our bodies do what they want and doctors are not always right. Hang in there and as I said rest may help
Good luck to you.

Honestly .. Its okay to feel this way early during pregnancy I constantly thought I was gonna start my period and I even had spotting once every week for 4 weeks in the very beginning .. Implantation bleeding. The spotting accured around the time of my period and I know a few other girls who had some sort of bleeding during there pregnancy. The best thing to do is to remain calm, lay down, drink plenty of water since you can become easily dehydrated and will cause at times spotting until you have an appoint or an OB (:

Bleeding when pregnant is not a period. Anytime there is actual bleeding it's labeled as a threatened miscarriage, although about half will not end up miscarrying. I bled in my first trimester and it ended up being a small blod clot that had formed, and everything was fine once it all passed.

you can still have spotting in early pregnancy. i don't think it is anything to worry about. when you called the dr. to make an appt, did you mention why? if you did and they thought it was a big deal they would have given you an appt that day or told you to go to the ER.
