When I deliver my son in the hospital. Do my mother and father has a right to say about what goes on in the hospital? Like I need survey or something? and my dad thinks that he can choose who gets visit me in the hospital. I think he planning on banning my babys father to see in the hospital and stuff. Im pretty sure he cant have no right what goes on in hospital, i have the rights who can see me...I think... Plus he doesnt have custody of me one bit. My mother does. So. I get to decide about who I want to see me, correct? Just wondering.

you go out and leave your baby with a babysitter even though where you are going you could take your child with you. I for example went to the grocery store yesterday and left my daughter with my sister and I felt kinda guilty for leaving her when I could have taken her. Just want other opinions and see if other mothers feel the same.

I started young and before I graduated college. Even though I'd die without my babies, I hope my daughter is established in her career and has had the opportunity to travel the world before making a decision that will most likely hold her down for many many years.

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second child, and when my fiance and I told the family, all they said was "You will regret it, it is a lot harder and your son is going to be mad that he isn't the only one." I, on the other hand, am very excited, but I am wondering what other peoples experiences are with having two babies. Are you happy that you had another child?

My husband and I are thinking about adopting from China. We have kids in the family already though. We would like to discuss this with the children however we would like to know what other parents have come across as to what kids have asked. We would like to be prepared for the simple and hard questions. What have adopted parents already been asked?

Do you think it's ok to email my family the news that my husband and I are going to have a baby?

That way everyone gets the message at once, just not sure if it is considered informal.

Thanks for your help.

I am pregnant with my first child and he's a boy! He's also due in April. My husband has a son from a previous relationship (he's my stepson) and he's 7. His name is TJ. (Tucker Joseph) My husband's name is Nick. Soooo we're thinking of what to name our little boy. So far my ideas are:
Beau (french: handsome)
James (hebrew: supplanter)
Sean (Irish: variant of John)
Steven (Greek: crowned)
Nicholas Jr. (Greek: leader) i wouldn't mind jr. but since he isn't the oldest it might be weird?

appreciate the feedback! my husband says whatever I pick, he likes... what a guy haha so opinions? I guess we need middle names too.
And our last name is Brown

I am going to become a stay at home mom for my 1 year old and would like to watch one other child for extra income. It would also give my baby some social interaction with other children throughout the day. I have a nice home in a good neighborhood, with a little payground across the street, and lots of toys. I also have nanny experience. How much should I ask per week or month?

I am a little suspicous of my wife. I love her with all of my heart but I just have a gut feeling, even though I've had gut feelings that are wrong. She's pregnant and has told me that she is showing very big at only 4 mos. She told me today that she lost part of her mucous plug along with having braxton contractions. I am wonderinf if this is really too early? If so then it answer's a lot of my questions. I could be wrong I've been reading that some woman lost all or part of it but that is usually at 36 weeks of pregnancy. My wife and I got together mid September 2006. I am just really suspicious.

Sutton is going to be a big brother in about 3 weeks and he's very well aware that "mommy is giving him a baby sister" but as soon as she gets here, I'm nervous about him getting upset about the attention leaving him... He's a very happy, social little boy but I've heard the horror stories of what older siblings do when the baby comes. He loves spending time with me and he enjoys his mom reading to him before he goes to bed but once Isabella gets here he'll probably get jealous.. Any advice is helpful

My son has been eating fingerfoods for months and I give him the same things all week (ie: cheese pieces, whole wheat bread, ground meat, steamed veggies, french toast etc.). I need some ideas for pasta sauce that doesn't involve tomatoes. We tried alfredo but that would be boring for him all the time too.

And YES he still drinks formula

i was left a third of everything when my grandma died last year because my dad died four years ago so i got his share because i was his only child. my uncle was left in charge of everything. my grandma owned a home out in california. he has'nt even put the house on the market yet and it has been a year in the meanwhile property values have dropped and i am also responsible for a third for all bills that continue coming in while the house still sits. i want to know what my rights are. see, my two uncles are very financially stable unlike me so they are not in no hurry to sell. i want to know what my rights are having a third left to me. should i contact a lawyer?

I am pregnant with my second child, first one with this husband, and my daughter will be 7 very soon. I don't have anything left from when she was a baby. Several people are asking about a baby shower, but I am not sure the proper way. I didn't have one with my daughter. And is it really proper to have more than one (inlaws, my family and work)?
