Our last name is Roland, and so far we have though of Allison Victoria Roland, or Victoria Allison Roland. We really like the name Allison and would like to use it as a first name, but we are having a hard time agreeing on a middle name.

The sound of the word "Tree" seemed to have a pleasant way of rolling off of the tongue in my mind (I wasn't saying it out loud). Not that' I'm suggesting Tree as her middle name, but maybe something that sounds similar, but I don't know what... "Allison Tree Roland".
A good suggestion I was given would be to mix up the number of syllables used for each name. You have a 3-syllable name, and a 2-syllable name, so you'd want a 1 or 4+ syllable name in the middle.

Either don't do a middle name or use your maiden name as her middle name...that's how my family does it. Whatever you do, DON'T go with 2 middle names. Speaking from personal experience, it gets very confusing because some things end up with all the names and some only have one or the other. Oh, and make sure that the intails work...you don't want her to end up with CAR as her intials.
