I am 36wks and 5 days pg for a long time now i have had colostrum in my breast well today i noticed my breast were hurting more than usual and i squeezed my nipples and a little bit of blood came out,what could it be?It is not much but still if i squeeze my nipples a small amount comes out.

Okay, this happened to me with one of my pregnancies too!!! I was squeezing my nipples to see if anything came out and some blood came out. I was mortified to tell my doctor and admit I was squeezing but I was also scared, so I told him and he said it was not a big deal. He called it something (it was something that was not a big deal) and told me to quit squeezing my nipples (yes, I was embarrassed!!!!). This was 8+ years ago and it's never happened again so it must have been no big deal!!!!

You can get an infection in your milk ducts. Call the doctor. I had a lot of weird things when I was pregnant but I have never heard of that one! And I have 3 sisters who are mothers also.
