My son is almost 6 months old. His appetite has really decreased. I nurse him in the morning before work and in the afternoon after work. His nanny gives him cereal with one ounce of formula and a bottle of pumped milk and then he gets a bedtime feeding of formula. He used to drink about 6 ounces or 20-30 minutes of nursing every 3-4 hours but for the past month he has been satisfied after 5 ounces or up to 10 minutes of nursing every 5-6 hours. He seems content all the time and only gets fussy when we try to force feed him. I'm just so worried that he isn't getting enough milk. He's wetting diapers and has tears, but most of all he's happy. What's wrong? Help!

My daughter is 2 and 1/2 months old and sleeping through the night, but she is still taking 5 or 6 45-minute naps a day. At what age do babies usually transition to taking 2 or 3 longer naps a day?

I heard certain things are not good for when you're breastfeeding as the baby could suffer from gas..

My 19 month old son is still not sleeping through the night and he keeps turning and rolling on the bed then he cries. He does this everynight and I have to wake up for 8 to 10 times at night just to pacify and comfort him. But he sleeps and stop to cry when I start to hold him. This makes me very exhausting everyday at work and home. Please help.

I have 3 weeks left in my pregnancy, and I am looking forward to getting back into shape. This is my first pregnancy, and I was wondering if my body will ever be what it used to be? that includes my feet and nose since they seem to have grown during the pregnancy as well! How about my hips and breasts(I plan on breastfeeding, will I be more saggy when I finish?) Also, my underarms and groin have gotten darker than the rest of my skin with the pregnancy, will they go back to their natural color?

My son is 6 months old and he had been sleeping through the night from 3 weeks on until about a month and a half ago. He wakes up 1-2 times a night and wants a bottle to go back to sleep. I have tried comforting him and rocking him back to sleep without a bottle but there was no sucess. does anyone have any tips for me to get him to sleep through the night again because I am worried that the milk sitting on his teeth will decay them also. Thanks

My daughter is 2 weeks old... we got a ton of disposables for the shower and are still using them but I'd like to use cloth (at least partially) now that we are getting settled. My criteria for the best cloth diaper is performance equivalent to a disposable; so far Pampers Swaddlers have been far better then Huggies for us and we haven't tried anything else yet. I want the leak protection and ease of use of the Pampers. I am guesing that most cloth "systems" are cheaper then disposable in the long run so money is of little concern. Any suggestions?

I have a 6 week old baby boy who has been constipated since his formula was switched. The formula is Enfamil AR it is the only formula he doesn't spit up or throw up but it's made him constipated. We even tried soy, and it made him worse. I told his dr and they said Karo syrup, but it didn't do anything but made him spit up his bottle most of the day. So had to call again today, they haven't called back yet. I am hoping they don't want to change his formula again, because I don't want to put him through that again. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My son is 11.5 months old and I will be weaning him from breastfeeding soon. Breastfeeding allowed me to lose quite a bit of weight after giving birth to him and I am wondering if I will GAIN weight once I wean him. What kinds of experiences (body changes) have you had after weaning? Was weight gain an issue?

I started feeding my 4 month old rice cereal and she is doing very well with it. I wanted to try giving her some fruits/veggies next but i'm a little confused. Do I feed her the cereal and the baby food at the same meal or feed her cereal one meal and the baby food the next???? Then do I give her abottle right after? It seems like the guidlines on how to do this are a little vague.

My 9 month old baby boy is very alert. He has been depending on us to rock him to sleep every night / nap time. We tried a variation of Cry It Out - but he doesn't seem to improve with it. I am so exhausted with the limited amount of sleep I am getting, since he started waking up more often every night. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I work night shift, 12 hours three times a week. I am so sleepy all of the time. Do any of you parents have any tips or ideas that have worked for you?
