I am talking about tips to help lengthen the life of nipples for baby bottles!

I assume you mean bottle nipples. Just replace them, they don't cost that much and if they're breaking down you don't want your kid sucking on them.

It's not like they wear down incredibly fast. I would say buy new ones if they are wearing down or starting to look ruff. I mean, they go in your baby's mouth. You wouldn't want to use it if their was anthing wrong with it.

Hand wash them instead of using the dishwasher.
