It sounds like his bottom might be irritated by the poop. This happens sometimes to my son. Try putting a little vaseline on his bottom for a layer of protection. Also you might want to try a different brand of wipes. The ones you are using may be drying his skin just a bit. Watch for skin irritations. If he does get a diaper rash the best cream is called Dr Smiths. Boudreauxs Butt Paste is good too, just sometimes hard to get out of the tube. A & D gets reccommended on here a lot, but it burned my son when he got spots like this. The others are too hard to wipe off and when your son has a rash you don't want to have to scrub at his bottom. Good luck.

The diarrhea had something to do with it getting worse but yes he has a case of diaper rash and it has the raw spots which is where the pin points of blood come from it really raw make sure you wipe him down at every changing and put a cream on of A&D ointment or Desitin or if it seems a little like it has yeast infection get Lamisil for like athletes foot as well if you can let him run around with out a diaper and wash his butt and pat it dry if its not improved by monday take him to get seen by his pedi and if it hurts and you know how much tyenol he could get give him a little but i hope i helped

If he had diareah i bet that is what did it. He had too much acid in his bowels and it just burned his skin a little. I know "burn" sounds horrible but its not that bad or anything to worry about. It happens to my daughter occasionaly as well as all babies i bet. the best thing for diaper rash is pure cornstarch. just sprinkle it on like powder. If you don't have any handy just use a regular diaper rash cream. It should go away by tomorrow if you treat it.

I had a hard time understanding, but until you go to the doctor...rinse your baby wipes with warm water to get the chemicals off, let him play on the floor without a diaper, and if you put on any kind of barrier cream such as nivea (we use nivea at every diaper change and it has kept my son rash free) make sure he is completely dry first.
oh if the kind of rash cream you get at the store does not work in 12 hours then get a prescription cream from pediatrician.
it could be fungal infection, so talk to the doctor asap

I think you're right, that his bowl movements are the main cause. If I were you, i'd keep some diaper rash cream on his bottom as a barrier from the poo. You don't have to use the thick white kind, just try some regular A&D ointment. I bet that will help tons!

His juice or something he's eating or drinking may be burning him. It could be the diapers, or a combination. His doctor can tell you. The best ointment I found when mine were babies was Resinol. The pharmacist usually keeps it behind the counter. You don't need a prescription but you have to ask the pharmacist for it.

Could be a yeast rash. My kids used to get them and you can get a Nystatin cream to put on it to clear it up. You'll have to get your doctor to prescribe it. And you're right, it could be a rash from the diarrhea. If that's the case, you could put a diaper rash cream on it. When my kids were small, I used bag balm and I have to tell you, it works wonders. Good luck to you!

That could have deffinetly done it. My son had the same problem. He had the poops and it gave him a nasty diaper rash that bled a little bit. Put baby powder on him when you change him. It helped my little guy.

Take it to a vet, you will possibly desire to not save wild animals. Rabbits get under pressure very somewhat and clearly this kit is in soreness, any vet health center or humane society will heal the kit till it is the right age to be weaned, then unfastened it into the wild.
