She is almost 4 months old and has been fine up til recently. She cries nonstop at bed time. I just let her cry it out because she doesn't even want to be held sometimes. She makes her back all all stiff and flails her arms and legs around.
She has been on Similac Advance (with iron) once I stopped breastfeeding.
She has been on it for about 3 months so I don't see how all of a sudden it could be disagreeing with her.
She hasn't thrown up or had fevers or anything to make it obvious something is wrong.
I know she is teething pretty badly but even after giving her teething tablets she still cries hard and doesn't sleep.
BTW, I put her to bed around 7:00pm.

i am a mother of two and with my second child i have been breastfeeding longer then i did with my first. i have been pumping and storing so that my husband can feed her if i want to sleep inn, or go somewhere. but she breastfeeds almost every hour and by the time she is done i will go to pump to store it and nothing will come out. i have tryed to get her to go every two hours and sometimes she will but mostly one hour. she is 6 weeks old (i have a madela) so if you know what i can do to make this work i would be very greatfull. thank you for your time.

Doctor said 6 weeks and that is fine. I just read a post where some were saying they had sex after two weeks. Seems kinda fast to me. What is common.

My boyfriend's circumcision has 100% healed; he's 22 and he had it done six mos. ago (I know I know, it should've been done as a baby). However, ever since the surgery I've noticed when he's soft there seemed to be a lot of skin bunched up under his head...eventhough the head was always exposed, there seemed to be a lot of loose skin under the head. I thought maybe it would tighten up once it healed though.

But 6mos. later and when he's soft there's still a bunch of leftover skin under his head when he's soft---so much that the scar is only visible when he's HARD. I've had sex with one other guy and his circumcision was tightly done...when he was soft there was no loose skin under the head---just a scar down the shaft. That's how I like it.

I talked to my current b/f about it and he agreed there was a lot of loose skin in the way. He got circumcised for medical reasons so his insurance paid for it too.

So can he get recircumcised to removed more skin so it'll be tight when he's soft

When she is being fed and when she swallows she gags. I can asure you I am not shoving food down her throat. She just gags from time to time. It is really disturbing when she does though, what could be the problem?

my daughter is 9 months old and doesn't eat a lot of solids...i am trying to give her 3 meals a day of the 2nd foods, but she doesn't seem to like them. lately she has only been eating solids once or twice a day, and i give her some little finger foods from the store that don't fill her up. so what are some suggestions of food that i can give her that won't make her choke and that is easy to prepare?

I have a a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Whenever the youngest is crying I sing twinkle twinkle to her and she smiles. It will always stop her crying. I sang it alot when I was pregnant to my other daughter so I was just wondering if she could her me singing when she was in the womb. The first time I sang it, it stopped her crying straight away.

I avoided blue cheese while I was pregnant because i read that it could be unsafe, but I cant remember why, any ways I am having a very strong urge to break into the blue cheese I have in the fridge. I am pretty sure its safe while breastfeeding, I just wanted to double check though because I eat quite a bit of it once I get started!

My nephew is 15 months old now, and my sister in law tried feeding him regular homogenized milk instead of formula. And when he drinks the homogenized milk, he ends up vomiting. Is there any way that we could prevent him from doing so? And what do you parents suggest?

He's still up three times at night, usually not hungry but having gas. Unfortunately, the only thing that calms him is to nurse a little bit. Mylicon is useless and I tried going off of dairy which also didn't help. Someone at least tell me you have the same problems so I know it's not just us!

My son is almost 7 months old and still nursing. Sex is still uncomfortable, sometimes downright painful, I think due to dryness.( Lubes don't really help) I don't think it's the episiotomy, as that is healed - I am afraid I will never enjoy it again, and Hubby enjoys less knowing it is no good for me. Help!

and she is biracial. Her father is black and I am white. She looks white! She has her father's features, but my question is...will she get darker? If you look at her you can tell she is african american but most people just think she is a little white girl, lol.

I honestly don't care what color her skin is, but everyone keeps asking me if she will atleast get to a shade where people will identify her as being mixed.
