My son`s soft spot seems to be closing up early! he is 6 months. i goggled it and it said it could be a sign of a problem or it could put some unwanted pressure on his brain..Most of the time, it means that it is still present but is difficult to feel because a tough, fibrous cartilage membrane develops over the soft spot as it is closing. This membrane can make it difficult to determine if the soft spot is still open.
However, if the soft spot does indeed close early, it could be a condition called craniosynostosis, which can cause some problems. My Q is when did your childs soft spot close and have yall heard of it closing as early as 6 months? I was wondering if anybody has heard of this? Gone thru this?

Ok, I may already know the answer to this, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway. Just this week, my supply has dipped pretty low. I exclusively nurse ds whenever he is with me, but need to pump while I'm at work. At daycare he drinks 2-8 oz bottles of bm and 1-8 oz bottle of formula. Thankfully I had a little extra from last week, because I have not been able to come close to 16 oz in a day. Anyway, I've also noticed that I must be ovulating...no period, but to avoid being too graphic, I've had other signs. So could that contribute to my decreasing supply?? I really hope so, and hope that it will jump back up after ovulation.

TIA!!!

I was considering the name 'Nobby the Haddock', or perhaps 'Jumping Juniper Berries' as his first name.

Ok, so my boyfriend's name is Victor Herman and he wants his son to have his name so bad, but I honestly don't want my son to have that name. So I am trying to incorporate his name in the name, maybe... =)

So which sounds better/best to you? NO RUDE RESPONSES, its just a name question....

Anthony Victor
Dominic Victor
Anthony Dominic
OR his name
Victor Herman

=X! Thanks!!

**WE ARE GOING TO THE DOCTOR, SO I AM NOT LOOKING FOR THAT SORT OF ADVICE, THANK YOU**

One of my 16 month old twins woke in the middle of the night with vomitting and diarrhea. This morning he is very lethargic and refuses to drink or eat. Though, I did get him to eat some applesauce. He now has a couple of red blotches on his face. No fever though.

We have been through strep throat multiple times this year (have five kids, so it's no wonder). So I am pretty sure it isn't strep. I am just curious b/c I have never had chickenpox and things of that sort. Just wondering what the heck he could have. Any ideas?

Thank you for any intelligent answers you might have.

How many of each size of diapers should I buy for the first couple of months. This is my 4th pregnancy and I can;t for the life of me remember how many of each I bought the last times. So far we have a couple of packs of number 1's. Should I get more of those, or switch on up to number 2's?
