It wont come back to normal rigth away, I had a normal delivery also and gained about 35 lbs. and and I have no lost all of that weight but i dont exercise and my stomach is gone but it still hangs wrinkles because of the streach marks.I know it sucks. and its kinda gross. But eating right and exercise will do it.

I havent ever had a baby so i dont know first hand, but one of my friends just ate healthy and everything and eventually when she felt up to it, she did pilates tapes and even some yoga. It took her about 4 months to lose her belly completely but now she is smaller than what i am. You wouldnt ever be able to tell that she has ever been pregnant or anything. She also has an ab lounge that she loves!

Yes your tummy will return to normal if you follow your doctor's advice. Do remember that it takes up to 9 months for your uterus (womb) to return to normal.
Walking is excellent but breast feeding really brings your figure back into shape.
Good luck!

Wear a girdle or wrap yourself tight to hold your stomach in. Push in with a pillow and tie a wide piece of cloth around you.
An old flat sheet is perfect because you can rip it into strips and tie the wide strip around you.

yes it is possible without surgery too. I work with a girl who has two kids she's like 24 or something and she is like a size 3 with a very flat stomach. She didn't adopt either.

get in the habit of doing the exercises with the baby now because soon you will be chasing a toddler.
