I am 35 weeks and my baby is doing just fine. There is just one question Is there anyone out there that there baby was really calm in the womb. My baby will go a day or so without really moving and then the next she is going wild. Is that just normal.

I'm not planning on starting to let my baby cry it out yet, she is only 7 weeks old. But I was wondering when others started. Sometimes no matter what I do she cries anyway so I didn't know if I should even let her cry it out a little now since nothing comforts her. Believe me I've tried everything, the five S's, myloccon drops, burping her, nothing works sometimes she just has gas and has to just let it pass.

My daughter is 4 months old and she went to her check up yesterday and the doctor said that she is doing things that a 6 month old would normally be doing. She almost sits up and rolls over both ways and jumps up and down. Does anyone else have a child that is like that? What age do they usually start crawling?

I am just wondering about that and the frozen veggies or do they have to be cooked first because of his age. Not too concerned about the choking factor as it will be added to a feeding bag, but am worried about the sanitary factor. Thanks

My friend is going to quit breastfeeding because her 4 month old is having bad reactions to the milk. My friend has tried medication for her daughter as well as changing her own diet. Nothing seems to help except a special formula. She feels like a failure as a Mom as she wanted to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months. What advice can I give her? What are the statistics on the number of Moms breastfeeding? What are other good ways for her to bond with her baby?

I'm sure anyone who got pregnant knows how you just start noticing cellulite on your buttox , hips and glutes( that's if you haven't had it before!!! and who doesn't) We all know that breastfeeding helps shedding offt he pounds and burning the fat since breast milk has a very high fat content. The question is: Will it ever get rid of the cellulite that developed during pregnancy??

I have a friend who came visiting after my delivery, she told me that any toxins built up in my body e.g. if I suffer from constipation, will be transfered to my child through my milk when I do breast feeding. Is this true??

He's cut his two top teeth which are down and showing now but for the last two weeks he's been really really miserable and cries most of the day. If I leave the room even for a second he screams. He follows me everywhere (bless him) and wants to be held or touching me. Is this all part of teething or is it part of another stage. I want to do the right thing by him and whilst I don't want him to be unhappy I also don't want to encouarge him to be clingy and would like him to be able to play with his toys without me there. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I normally breast feed but find that at night my baby feeds more regulalry - like every 2 hours. Breast feeding is really time cnsuming and tiring at night it means I dont get any sleep and it's making me depressed, s it okay to give a few formula feeds at night. Will it make my baby sick?

Just wondering what others are experiencing with their body image after having a baby. My wonderful baby is 5 months old and I'm really struggling with losing the weight I gained and with feeling pretty crappy about the way my body looks after being so stretched out and then having an unplanned c-section. Like to hear other women's and men's honest perspective on this.
