It has been proven that exercise during pms really helps with cramping. the level of activity after having a baby will be lower impact but still okay and you will be surprised at how great you will feel afterward. You will have more energy to do your normal activity of taking care of your children. Congrats on the baby!! I have 3 myself at 24 yrs. and I have claimed my body back. It's taken 1 year but I've done it.!!!!!!! Couldn't be prouder, Good luck to you.

you should be able to and if u have any concerns about it just call the doctor office you were going to your check ups with they will tell u what it is okay to do. but i worked on my body 7 weeks after having my daughter so i dont see why not. best of wishes to u and best of luck getting back in shape.

yup it is ok bt just dun over work ur slf n work on places dat need it most like ur tummy n thighs n drink alot of water n eat healthy ayt
do it at ur own pace n as the days go by u kan increase the number of sit ups u do in a dae n stuff bt plz remember to njoy wat ur doin n dun stress ur self for quik results cuz u wud definitley gt bak in shape ayt
