I am 35 weeks and my baby is doing just fine. There is just one question Is there anyone out there that there baby was really calm in the womb. My baby will go a day or so without really moving and then the next she is going wild. Is that just normal.

Yep. That's how my son was. He just got to big and couldn't move as much. I can't tell you how many times they would do a non-stress test because they were concerned... He was fine though. And he moves ALL the time now. Sugar helps, pop, juice, etc. They even gave me Mt Dew (that really got him going) Good luck to you and your final weeks of pregnancy

i have three children and my youngest is girl and is six months i didnt know was really even pregnant some days and on those days the only thing that gave that away was i was always sick and always getting a bigger tummy so i did worry about my little one if your baby at least moves enough to let you know its there then u have no worries the only time you need to worry is when the baby completely stops moving but if one day its going wild and the next day its calm your baby is going to be just fine best of luck and congrats on your new baby. have a happy and safe delivery

Standard recommendation is if you feel less than 2 movements within a 2 hour time frame, you should call your Dr. Of course, they don't expect you to stay up all night to count, or anything unreasonable. If you feel that you are noticing a big change in the baby's movement, you should contact your Dr.
Keep in mind, that as the baby grows, there is less room to move around in there, so we are to expect a small decrease in movement in those last few weeks.
What ever you decide, just remember it is ok to call your dr about those things without feeling silly or petty. That's what you Dr. is there for. Even if just to ease your mind.
Good luck, and Congrats!

Yep, I am 30 weeks and my baby is running out of room to move, it's a small spot in there for the baby. Your baby is just waiting to be born now and is resting up. Keep in mind babies sleep 95% of the time too! :)

I gave birth at 36.5 weeks. However, when I was pregnant, I hardly felt my son move during the day. At night time, I would feel a kick or two. The last week or two prior to his arrival, he was moving like crazy. Sometimes I feel that he just punched me in the stomach.

Yes this is normal. Also keep track of foods you are eating. The baby may be reacting to specific foods. Mine reacted to chocolate. Good luck

yes it is perfectly normal. there is hardly any room in there for the baby to move, if you are really concerned about it call your ob and discuss it with him/her.
