I like using the cocoa butter in the tube. This way you can throw it in the diaper bag and it's less messy than Vaseline.
You can just rub it on their cheeks through out the day

Let me tell you that Vaseline and Baby oil might help when you apply it, but it will make the skin more chapped and dry afterwards. I would suggest using cocoa butter, vitamin e oil, or shea nut butter.

Definitely Vaseline! My daughter had the same thing, and they are getting that way a bit now, even at 2, due to the weather. Just a dab rubs on generously, I usually do it before bedtime.

My 6 month old son has the same problem. I sell Mary Kay and they have this stuff called Extra Emollient Night Cream that works great.

Oooooooh, makes me what you give baby a hug :-)
Try cocoa butter, Vaseline, Aquaphor.
They're natural products, so harm if you baby happens to wipe & gets some in his mouth/eyes.

Make sure he's well hydrated, dont use soap on his face ever. Use a moist cloth to clean him.
You can try some baby lotion, but diaper rash ointment (A&D preferably) will work better.

Use a thin layer of Vasilene on them. And when you take him/her outside make sure to apply some before you go out.
